Company Review New Technologies Center company was formed as a separate subdivision of ARGUT company to carry out research, development and production of professional radio communication devices and equipment that are essential for the customer and not available on the Russian market. The company is a confident leader on the RoIP equipment Russian market for over five years since it has been formed. Within this period, a large number of projects have been implemented. We have manufactured, installed and put into operation over 400 base stations and 70 dispatcher centers in 17 regions of Russia. The total radio coverage area of our base stations have long ago exceeded one million square kilometers. We have solved problems related to providing simple and reliable radio communication for federal highways, large airports (Sheremetjevo, Vnukovo one of the largest in Russia), trade and leisure facilities (e.g. Vegas trade and leisure complex - the largest in Eastern Europe). We have offered also special applications. Among our customers are Russia s Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Security Service of Russia, Rescue Services, Rosaeronavigatsia (division of Russian FAA), common commercial customers, and even hams. As of 2016, we initiate supplies of an advanced version of our Radiokupol system Radiokupol+. (means radio dome in Russian) Radiokupol+ is our analog version extension to right away three digital standards. All the equipment and software has been developed by our company including firmware. DR-25 line of Digital Repeaters Repeaters are supplied in three modifications for three most popular digital standards - dpmr Mode 2, DMR Tier II and APCO 25 Phase I Conventional (labelled as DR-25- dpmr, DR-25-DMR, DR-25-APCO). All repeaters now (as of Fall 2016) have the following common features: compatibility with all mentioned digital standard two-way radios, including practically all cheap Chinese manufacturers; RF power is 25W, UHF 430-470 MHz (VHF band production plans are for the end of 2016; 50W - beginning of 2017); mixed operation mode and retransmission of call data (i.e. repeater automatically determines the type of signal - analog or digital, whether the signal has subcarrier or group/individual digital code - and relays the signal to air locally and over IP-network); two versions simple single-site #1 - if the customer is satisfied with a local repeater solution, and a full IP-version #5 capable of measuring RSSI signal level и BER with a possibility of building largescale systems and connecting to all analog Radiokupol dispatcher components (requires a voice digital converter DVC-xxx - of the relevant standard); simultaneous connection of the repeater to 10 IP-devices of the Radiokupol+ system; possibility of upgrading to another digital standard using a special software key, so that the upgrade can be done on-site. Digital Voice Converter (DVC) works with series DR-25 only It is used for logic intersystem switching between various digital standards APCO, dpmr, DMR and analog, each digital subsystem requiring its own Digital Voice Converter (labeled as DVC-APCO, DVC-dPMR and DVC-DMR, respectively). A system general layout is provided in Appendix A at the catalog end. This IP-device has a 1U form-factor and provides conversion of the vocoder audio signal and the relevant call data (e.g. the number of the digital group of one of the digital formats) into PCM voice and service information, so that data and voice can be sent to another digital system (via its relevant DVC), besides it makes it possible to use all the dispatcher infrastructure of an analog Radiokupol system (analog radio communication networks, dispatching, voice logging, interconnect to SIP, PBX, PSTN, etc). Each DVC supports simultaneous connection of up to 16 IP-devices of the Radiokupol+ system. DVC ensures logic integration of various digital and analog systems allowing them to operate in a single group both in static and dynamic modes using a Dispatcher software with the Switching function. For dpmr standard, there are two modifications - DVC-dPMR (supports AMBE+2 genuine vocoder) and DVC-dPMR-C (supports Chinese vocoders AMBE+2C and ASELP designed by the Beijing University). Chinese vocoders are popular with cheap Chinese subscriber radios. You can buy an additional software license to replace a dpmr repeater version with that of DMR/ARCO. Note: The necessity of using our own repeater is related, among other things, to the fact that some standards, such as dpmr and DMR, do not describe interconnection between base stations, and in case of APCO standard protocols described in TIA documents (e.g. ISSI, DFSI) are optional for many equipment suppliers, and are not included in the functionality basic set. 2 Radio Gateways and Repeaters

Analysis of information on the signal received by different base stations is ensured continuously to provide seamless handover of a fast moving subscriber. Dispatcher software It includes three software modules. PSC-2-15 Power Supply Controller The Controller converts any reliable power supply source into a UPS for radio equipment. Application KP-2-15 Power Supply Controller provides power supply for various radio engineering equipment with the voltage of 12 to 14 VDC, with the current consumption up to 15A.
