Lori Mason Curran Lori Mason Curran MAI, CRE, FRICS, LEED AP Real Estate Investment Strategy Director Vulcan Inc. With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Lori Mason Curran leads the formulation of investment strategy for Vulcan's real estate portfolio. Lori has an extensive background in the valuation of commercial real estate and her ongoing market research and economic analyses are used to inform acquisition, disposition and investment decisions. She is responsible for the annual valuation of Vulcan s $2 billion real estate portfolio and acts as Vulcan Real Estate s public relations and media liaison. Before joining Vulcan, Lori worked as a commercial real estate appraiser. She received her MAI designation in 1998, is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) as well as a LEED AP (accredited professional). Lori sits on the Board of Trustees for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and is a former trustee for the Washington Center for Real Estate Research at Washington State University s College of Business and Economics. She has been an active member of CREW Seattle since 1999, participating on numerous committees and serving two consecutive Board terms as Director of Membership and Director of Programs. She has also attended ten CREW Network Conventions and participated as a mentor in the inaugural CREW Seattle mentorship program in 2018. Lori received her Bachelor s Degree from Vassar College and her Masters Degree from New York University. She has also studied at Harvard University, Université Paris- Sorbonne (Paris IV), Université Paris Diderot (Paris VII) and Université Vincennes-Saint- Denis (Paris VIII).
Michele DeMaris As Senior Estimator for Abbott Construction with over 25 years of industry experience, Michele DeMaris is responsible for developing preconstruction estimates and managing the target cost model through construction. She also manages the bidding of select projects, leads value engineering efforts, and participates in constructability reviews. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Fort Wright College, Michele has estimated, planned, bid, and led proposal efforts for billions of dollars worth of projects since 1989 in the greater Puget Sound region, with occasional work in the Portland, Oregon area. She has estimated and planned projects in several industry sectors, including inpatient and outpatient healthcare, retail, hospitality, mixed-use residential, restaurant, light industrial, and high-end Class-A office tenant improvements. When not at Abbott, Michele enjoys spending time with her two adult daughters. She is an avid hiker and has hiked over 85 miles to Everest Base Camp in Nepal. Julie Eisenhauer Julie is a shareholder in Clark Nuber s audit practice. Her experience in public accounting has given her a strong background in audit, accounting, consulting, and tax preparation services for a wide variety of organizations. She co-leads the firms real estate practice niche and works with many privately held companies in the real estate market. She is actively engaged in the industry and values continual learning and development by staying up to date on trends, challenges, and opportunities facing the industry. Julie values developing future leaders. In addition to providing exceptional client service, she mentors and coaches others at Clark Nuber in her role as a performance manager. Julie has been a member of CREW for 12 years, has served on the board for 5 years, and was the president in 2016. CREW is a great resource for developing a network in the real estate market, supporting other women in real estate, and providing opportunities to develop leadership skills. Getting to know the other members and discuss the industry is invaluable. She looks forward to being a mentor!
Angela Gee Kelly Molitor Kelly Molitor serves as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Sales Executive for Chicago Title s Seattle National Commercial Services (NCS) operation and Builder Developer Services. Kelly has been in the title industry for 28 years, 18 of those with Chicago Title. Along with the entire NCS team, she focuses on being an advocate for their clients. The long standing relationships they have with both local and national clients are a testament to how they consistently anticipate their clients needs ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. They are problem solvers and their network of professionals leads the industry in providing the exceptional service that their clients have come to depend on. Kelly continuously achieves the Top 2% Sales Nationwide across the FNF families and is a recipient of the Million Dollar Club and President's Club awards since 2000. She is a proud member of NAIOP, ULI, and CREW.
Serena Sayani Serena s practice encompasses a vast range of real estate and related business transactions. Her commercial real estate practice focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction and leasing. She has structured complex real estate transactions for office, hotel, retail, multifamily and industrial projects across the United States. Her clients include real estate investment trusts, public and private pension plans, tax-exempt investors, developers, and other businesses. She also has substantial experience in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, office and retail leases, and joint venture documents. In addition, she provides counsel to clients in multimillion-dollar development and construction transactions involving drafting and negotiating development, design, construction and other related agreements. Serena has achieved accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) as a LEED Green Associate in connection with sustainable development and operation of real estate projects. The LEED rating system is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, constructions and operation of highperformance green buildings. Serena regularly presents at legal education seminars on real estate development, construction and leasing. Lisa Lui Lisa Lui is a real estate and construction attorney at Vulcan, Inc. Over the years, Lisa has counseled clients in all manner of real estate and construction transactions including leasing, property acquisition and sales, real estate finance, complex construction and design contracting and negotiation, and development ventures for projects such as office, multi-family, industrial, retail, residential, healthcare, hospitality, and recreational. Before joining Vulcan, Lisa was a partner with the firm Miller Nash Graham & Dunn in Seattle. Lisa was a member of the 2017 CREW Seattle & Sound Board of Directors. She has served as the Director of the Membership Committee, a member of the Foundation Committee, and was a 2018 Mentor in our program.
Lynda Collie Lynda is the Director for Unico s Pioneer Square and Lake Union portfolios in Seattle. She ensures that building operations, leasing, and maintenance at every property are held to the highest standard possible. Responsible for supervising budget development, management of all capital projects, service contract negotiation, and overall team management, Lynda works to define strategic goals for each property and align the property management team with those goals. Lynda has been a CREW member for the past ten years and is the 2015 Past Chapter President. Lynda comes to Unico with over twenty-five years experience in commercial real estate including extensive transaction, operations, asset repositioning and transitioning experience in Seattle, Portland, Denver and Southern California commercial real estate markets. Prior to joining Unico, Lynda Collie was with CAC Real Estate Management and CBRE, Inc. for nearly five years as the General Manager of Columbia Center and Wells Fargo Center in downtown Seattle. She has previously held leadership positions with Schnitzer West, Catellus, and The Koll Company.
