Step 1: Attach rollers (11) to glass hangers (10) on outside door panel (with horizontal towel bar holes) (4). Rollers should be mounted so that the nut that holds it in place is on the same side of the panel as the screw head set into the glass hanger (see inset drawings). Note: The various holes in the glass hanger are used to fine tune the adjustment of the panel to make up for walls that are slightly out of square or plumb. For best results, start with all rollers in the second hole from the top and then make adjustments as needed. screw roller glass hanger Step 2: Attach rollers (11) to glass hangers (10) on the inside door panel (4). Rollers should be mounted so that when the glass is positioned with the holes in the glass on the same end of the opening as the shower head, the rollers are to the inside of the tub or shower. Step 3: Measure opening on bottom and cut bottom track (2) 1/8 shorter than the opening. Step 4: Place wall jamb (3) down over bottom track (2) so that the back of the jamb is between the bottom track and the wall. Using a level to ensure the jamb is plumb, mark hole locations. Rove jamb and drill holes approximately 1-1/2 deep at the marked locations. Important: When drilling into ceramic, glass, or stone, you must use a 1/4 masonry drill bit. If installing onto fiberglass or acrylic, use a 1/8 drill but and discard the wall plugs. Step 5: Repeat step 4 on the other side. L = actual opening - 1/8 Step 6: Run a thin bead of silicone down the entire length of both bottom edges of the bottom track (2). Place the bottom track into position and press firmly into place. Step 7: Push wall plugs (12) into the holes drilled in step 4. Gently tap in using a rubber mallet. Note: If installing on fiberglass or acrylic, skip this step and discard the wall plugs. Step 8: Apply silicone into all three holes on each side of the wall jamb (3). Run 1-1/2 screws (13) through the wall bumper (8) and use to attach the jamb to wall, in top and bottom holes only, on both sides. top view 1-1/2 Screw 5
