UNENGU AS ACTING JUDGE OF HIGH COURT OF NAMIBIA: NAMIBIAN CONSTITUTION In terms of Sub-Article (8) of Article 32 of the Namibian Constitution, I announce that I have, on the recommendation of the Judicial Service Commission, in terms of Sub-Article (4)(a)(aa) of that Article read with Article 82(3) of that Constitution, appointed Mr. P. Unengu as acting judge of the High Court of Namibia for the period 1 December 2014 to 30 November 2015.
