Meet the Professionals Carl R. Pierson Jr., CFP Wealth Advisor First Vice President Senior Portfolio Manager Carl has been employed in the securities industry since 1997. Prior to 1997, Carl earned a Bachelor s degree with concentrations in Marketing and Finance from Old Dominion University. He started with Prudential Securities upon earning his degree and moved to Smith Barney, now Morgan Stanley, in 2004. Carl has earned a designation as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLAN- NER and focuses on providing financial planning and portfolio management services for The Pierson- Russi Group at Morgan Stanley. Carl lives with his wife, Cheryl, and their three children, Lauren, Lindsay and Nicholas near Sandbridge in Virginia Beach. Christopher H. Russi, CRPS Wealth Advisor Vice President Senior Portfolio Manager Chris graduated from Ohio University in 1995 with a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in both Finance and International Business. Chris has been with Morgan Stanley and it s predecessors since the beginning of his career over 18 years ago. He maintains both a Financial Planning Specialist designation from Morgan Stanley and a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning. Chris focuses on non-core investments, corporate retirement plans and client communication for The Pierson- Russi Group at Morgan Stanley. Chris lives in Chesapeake with his wife of fifteen years, Kimberlee, and their two young children, Erin and Aiden. Kristine J. Salvador Registered Associate Financial Planning Associate Kristine is an alumnus of Old Dominion University and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor s Degree with concentrations in Finance and Management. Upon graduation, Kristine started with Morgan Stanley and has since become a Registered Associate while maintaining a Financial Planning Associate designation. Kristine focuses on the administration and client services for The Pierson-Russi Group at Morgan Stanley. Kristine is an active member of her church, practices yoga, and enjoys all outdoor activities including hiking, canoeing, and rock climbing. She has volunteered her time to the Ronald McDonald House, Relay For Life, and to Our Lady of Perpetual Help. She currently resides in Virginia Beach. 4 MORGAN STANLEY

Destiny A. Fuenzalida Client Service Associate Destiny joined the Pierson Russi Group in March 2014. She graduated from Tidewater Community College summa cum laude with an associate s degree in Business Administration in 2013. She is now a senior majoring in Finance and minoring in Accounting at Old Dominion University and is set to graduate in 2015. Destiny focuses on marketing, administration and client services for The Pierson-Russi Group at Morgan Stanley. Coming from a military family, Destiny has had the privilege of travelling internationally and has lived in countries such as Italy and Japan. In her spare time, she enjoys music, photography and most importantly, spending quality time with her family. Destiny lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, Julian, and their son, Dean.
