COMMODORE TOM MULDARY My wife, Pat, and I are both psychologists, we have been married for 35 years, and we have lived at Devil s Lake for over 32 years. As members of the Devils Lake Yacht Club for many years, we have both served on the Board of Governors at different times and have tried to contribute in any way we could. Having served two terms as a Board member, one term as Rear Commodore last year, and one term as Vice Commodore this year, it is indeed an honor for me to now look forward to serving DLYC as Commodore in 2016. With all of the special events this year, it might seem that the 75 th Anniversary year will be a tough act to follow in 2016. However, since our Board of Governors is progressive and forward-looking, we tend to think that next year can be even better. While it is important to ensure stability and continuity across many areas, it is also important to improve in several areas, and this is what we will strive to do in the coming year. We might even be in a position to begin moving forward in some concrete way with our renovation plans. In any event, I think you can feel confident that DLYC will continue to be a dynamic and thriving place for everyone, and I intend to do my part in ensuring it. VICE COMMODORE MIKE APLING My name is Mike Apling and I am seeking your support for election to the board of directors for the Devils Lake Yacht Club. Our family owns and operates Devils Lake Water Sports and has been part of the lake community for the past 28 years. I feel my understanding of the people and the area could be of some benefit to the board. Thanks for your consideration for me to this position
