Let dry Painting Instructions: Acorns & Leaf Sand- Basecoat the front of the domino. Let dry and transfer the major lines of the design. Oxblood Basecoat the sides & back of the domino Golden Straw Base in the Oak leaf Left Acorn Hauser Medium Green Base in the bottom section of the acorn 1

Raw Sienna Base in the cap and connect the stem Right Acorn Ox Blood Base in the bottom section of the acorn Milk Chocolate Base in the cap and connect the stem Leaf Burnt Sienna, Ox Blood, Hauser Medium Green- Add tints to the leaf Golden Straw Reestablish the center and secondary veins. Add the main stem. Burnt Umber Float a skinny shade around the perimeter of the leaf Left Acorn Hauser Dark Green Float a shade under the cap and along the left side of the bottom of the acorn Sand Add the cross hatching to the cap using your 18/0 liner Burnt Sienna Place a float on each end of the cap Right Acorn Cadmium Orange Float a highlight along the right side of the bottom of the acorn Sand Add the cross hatching to the cap using your 18/0 liner Burnt Umber Float a shade on each end of the cap Hauser Dark Green Place a soft float in the top left corner and the two bottom corners Dazzling Metallics Glorious Gold Add a fine line all around the domino edge Black Eyed Susan Hauser Medium Green, Hauser Dark Green Using these two colors slip-slap on the background. Let dry and transfer the major lines of the pattern. Primary Yellow Base in the petals using your #2 filbert Black Plum Base in the center and pull a few fine lines out onto the petals Terra Cotta Float a shade around the center Pineapple Float a highlight on the tip of each petal Snow White Brighten the above highlight on a few of the petals Burnt Sienna Deepen the shade around the center and separate petals Soft Black Add a c stroke to the middle of the center Royal Fuchsia Float a highlight on the right side of the center Black Plum, Royal Fuchsia Using your stylist or tip of your liner add dots around the front of the center Black Green Basecoat the remaining edges of the domino Dazzling Metallics Glorious Gold Add a very fine line completely around the edge of the domino 2

Indian Corn Dazzling Metallics Copper Basecoat the entire domino. Let dry and transfer the major lines of the design. Soft Black Using your 18/0 liner, define the rows of corn vertically. Horizontally, add a few lines to indicate where the kernels will be. Georgia Clay, Marigold, Sand and Black Plum These are the colors of the kernels. They are randomly place to represent Indian Corn. Using these colors, fill in the spaces in the vertical rows of corn. Soft Black Using your #2 flat separate the ears of corn. Place an additional shade down the left side of the middle ear. Titanium White With the tip of your 18/0 liner, add a tiny highlight on each kernel down the middle row of corn on the middle ear of corn. Soft Black Very gently outline the ears of corn Husks Buttermilk Base in all of the husks Honey Brown Using your #2 flat, separate the husks Titanium White Float a highlight on the right side of each of the husks Raffia Burnt Orange Base in the raffia Oxblood Float a shade around the knot, on the left side where it comes around and wherever one piece of raffia goes under another in the loops. Hot Shots/Neons Torrid Orange With your 18/0 liner add highlight on the center front two strands of raffia, on the right side of the knot and any and all curves of the loops and tails. Buttermilk Place a soft float in each of the bottom corners of the domino Soft Black Add a very fine line all around the domino Finishing: Finish with two coats of Triple Thick Glaze to the top and sides of the dominoes (allow each coat to dry well before adding the next). Secure the pin with the E6000 glue. Let dry. Complete the finishing with a coat of Triple Thick Glaze to the backs of the dominoes. Let dry. 3
