Patent search result and selection of validated patents Treaty As a preliminary task of the patent analysis, 5,568 patents have been searched through six searches and company-specific searches. Total 356 validated patents on remote phosphors have been selected ( attached to Appendix), after deduplication between published and issued patents and denoising of patents on other technologies through examination of titles, abstracts, claims, and drawings of each patent. Patent trend by country/ year From the chart below, US is most active in filing activities. Interestingly, a majority of the patents are filed in PCT with major countries appointed specifically.
