4610/4620 Mixer Product Specification for Porta-Cleanse TM Mastless Mixer Stand Assembly Issued: 10/04 1/02 A mastless stand shall be utilized to support the mixer during operation. The mixer stand shall be capable of being installed or retrieved in an existing tank or basin without dewatering. The portable mixer stand shall include multiple feet in the form of pointed terminations protruding from the mixer stand base at 4 locations which shall serve to engage and secure the mixer stand to the floor of a tank or basin. The mastless portable mixer stand shall also consist of multiple removable counter thrust stabilizing weights affixed to the top of the mixer stand which shall prevent movement of the assembly across a full tank or basin when the mixer is started and/or running. The mixer and stand assembly shall not exceed 26 inches in overall height and 23 inches in diameter. In order to allow for ease of installation, the assembly shall not weigh more than 125 pounds (including the weight of the two counter thrust stabilizing components). In order to facilitate transportation, the thrust stabilizing weights shall be capable of being readily removed from the stand assembly in such a manner as to allow a single workman to transport (carry), assemble, and install the assembly without assistance. 4610/4620 Mixer Product Specification for Porta-Cleanse TM Mastless Sliding Bracket Issued: 1/02 A Mastless sliding bracket shall be utilized to support the mixer during operation. The mixer sliding bracket shall be capable of being installed or retrieved in an existing Flygt submersible pump station without dewatering. The portable sliding bracket s variable positioning plate allows the mixer to be vertically directed at 15 increments within a range of approximately 150. The sliding bracket shall also possess two modified cuffs mounted at each end which serve to partially encapsulate either 2 or 3 inch pump station guide pipes. This last feature translates to increased stability when installing, operating and retrieving the mixer/sliding bracket assembly. The entire portable mixer sliding bracket shall be constructed in 304 stainless steel. The sliding bracket shall not exceed 35 inches in length, or 15 inches in width. In order to allow for ease of installation, the mixer/sliding bracket assembly shall not weigh more than 100 pounds.
