Instructions Rnd 1. Start with yarn C6. Make magic ring, ch2 (counts as 1st dc) and 11 dc in magic ring; NJ in the 1st dc after ch2. (= 12 dc) Rnd 2. Change to yarn C5. Work this rnd through both lps! *1 sc in dc4tog of rnd 2 (the 1st sc of the rnd will be a ch), 2 sc in next ch4-sp, 1 tr4tog in the underlying skipped st of rnd 1, 2 sc in same ch4-sp* 6 times, NJ in the 1st sc of the rnd after ch1. (= 36 sts) Rnd 4. Change to yarn C4. Attach yarn in any tr4tog of rnd 3 (BL). Work this rnd in BL! Note: increases are made in tr4tog s of rnd 3 and in sts directly above dc4tog s of rnd 2. *1 dc inc (the 1st dc of the rnd will be ch2), 2 dc* 12 times, NJ in the 1st dc of the rnd after
ch2. (= 48 sts) Rnd 5. Change to yarn C2. Attach yarn in any tr4tog of rnd 3 (FL). Work this rnd in FL! Note: make ch5 in the beginning of this rnd which counts as 1st sc and ch4 *1 sc in next st of rnd 3, ch4, sk 2 sts on rnd 3* 12 times, finish with a sl st in the same st where you joined the yarn, fasten off, pull both tails to the wrong side and secure them with a knot. (= 12 sc + 12 ch4-sps) Rnd 6. Continue with yarn C2. Attach yarn in 2nd dc of (BL) of any inc of rnd 4. Work this rnd in BL. Note: don t lose a dc of rnd 4 that comes just after sc made in a space between two dc s. *4 sc (the 1st sc of the rnd will be a ch), 1 sc in a sp before next dc of rnd 4* 12 times, NJ in the 1st sc of the rnd after ch1. (= 60 sts)
Rnd 7. Change to yarn C1. Attach yarn in any sc (BL) of rnd 6 that comes after sc made in sp between two dc. Work this rnd in BL! Note: crochet this rnd tight as your circle should stay flat. *4 hdc (the 1st hdc of the rnd will be ch2), 2 hdc in next sc made in sp* 12 times; NJ in the 1st hdc of the rnd after ch2. (= 72 sts) Rnd 8. Change to yarn C5. Attach yarn in 1st hdc of rnd 7 (BL) that comes after any hdc inc. Work this rnd in BL! Note: dc4tog s of this rnd are always made in sc s of 6 which were made in sps between dc s. If you experienced a light waviness on previous rnds now it should be gone. Also feel free to replace dc4tog's by dc3tog's if you think they suite your square better :) *5 sc (the 1st sc of the rnd will be a ch), 1 dc4tog (FL) in the underlying st of rnd 6 made in sp, sk 1 st on rnd 7* 12 times, NJ in the 1st sc of the rnd after ch1.
