Ms. Pang was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales. Prior to joining HKEX in 2005, Ms. Pang was in private practice in a leading international law firm. Ms. Pang has been involved in HKEX s major policy initiatives in recent years. They include the review of the Corporate Governance Code and Listing Rules, and the recent consultations on Board Diversity, Risk Management and Internal Controls, as well as the ESG Reporting Guide.
Dr. Jeanne Ng Director Group Sustainability, CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd Dr. Ng is responsible for CLP Group's sustainability matters, including sustainability-related strategy, reporting and communications. Dr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Science in Toxicology from the University of Toronto and a PhD in Environmental Management from the University of Hong Kong. She is currently a member of a number of sustainability-related organisations and is also a frequent guest lecturer on environmental and sustainable development issues at various Hong Kong universities. Dr. Ng has extensive experience in the environmental industry and is regarded as one of Hong Kong's experts in air and greenhouse gas emissions inventories. Ms. Natalie Chan Principal Sustainability Consultant, PIE Strategy Limited; Former Director, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited Ms Chan has close to 15 years of experience in corporate responsibility and sustainability management, most recently as the Director of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability of the HSH group. In her five-year tenure with HSH, Ms Chan led HSH s global strategy on corporate responsibility and sustainability, including devising the group s long-term vision for sustainable luxury. She also managed HSH s award-winning sustainability reporting framework, leading HSH to become a Global Reporting Initiative s G4 Pioneer and part of CDP s Climate Disclosure Leadership Index for the region. Prior to joining HSH, Ms Chan was with Swire Pacific Group, managing group-level corporate responsibility policies and strategies for Swire s five business divisions including property, aviation, beverages, marine services, and trading and Industrial. Ms Chan is now the Principal Sustainability Consultant at PIE Strategy Limited, which is a boutique consultancy working with businesses to develop bespoke sustainability strategies and programmes, including stakeholder engagement, internal training and engagement as well as ESG reporting. She also sits on a number of committees in the area of sustainability and social responsibility.
Mr. Samuel Kwong Group Sustainable Development Manager, John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited Samuel Kwong is responsible for matters relating to sustainability including environmental protection, workplace conditions, and community investment & partnership initiatives in Swire. He joined Swire in 2005 to establish the sustainability team in Swire Beverages, a strategy bottling partner of The Coca- Cola Company, and represented Swire on the Coca-Cola Environment & Safety Council. He is now leading Swire's committees and working groups in developing group strategies and facilitating best practice sharing on various sustainability issues including energy efficiency, environment, occupational safety and supply chain sustainability. Mr Kwong is active in the professional arena and is currently the Vice Chairman of the South China Environmental and Safety Management Association and the Immediate Past Chairman of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management Hong Kong. Ms. Sasha Li Environment Management System(EMS) Engineer, Corporate Regulatory & ISO & Environmental Affairs, Lenovo Information Products (ShenZhen) Co., Ltd. Ms. Li joined IBM from 2003, then work for Lenovo after merger and acquisition. She is responsible for Lenovo China EMS management, including EMS planning, implementing and evaluating, training and auditing, and conducting annual environment programs. She works as Lenovo China EMS Representative, coordinating between GEA and local EAFPs. Ensure the global requirements are understood and met well in China. She represents as Carbon Audit Coordinator in Lenovo China, successfully passed GHG data verification programs in Lenovo sites & industries carried by Bureau Veritas(BV) and also works in Sustainability. Ms. Janice Lao Senior Manager Sustainability, MTR Corporation Limited Janice Lao is an environmental scientist and economist by training. She leads the sustainability team at MTR Corporation, catalyzing and coordinating sustainability initiatives environment, workplace, customer and supply chain - and encompassing its different businesses from rail operations, property, construction and international/other businesses. She has received international recognition for her work and leadership in this field including the 2014 FWN Global Most Influential Women of the Year Emerging Leader; 2015 Global Sustainable Leadership Award; and a fellow of the Pioneers for Change Fellowship Programme in the United Kingdom. Her expertise lies in embedding a strategic sustainability approach into business. She has worked internationally at Unilever, World Resources Institute, ERM, Cathay Pacific and Swire. She graduated with an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and a diploma in business from the University of Oxford Said Business School.
Mr. Rando Yuen Environmental, Social and Governance Manager, Sa Sa International Holdings Limited Rando is the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager for Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, responsible for the group s ESG strategy and report. Mr Yuen has over 10 years experience in driving organization change and workplace innovation, covering CSR strategy, reporting, strategy and communications. Rando is currently a Council Member of Sasa Making Life Beautiful Charity Fund and convener to the Glocal Greenovation Challenge. Rando has been an active contributor to seminars and roundtables, including for Big Four Accounting firms, Chambers, universities, green groups and financial institutions. Rando also serves as a Project Advisor for Asian Charity Services voluntarily for over 6 years. His responsibility includes leading consultancy team to advise Board of various non-profit organisation on strategic issue such as Board structure, development strategy and marketing strategy etc. Before his time with Sasa, Rando has worked internationally for Deloitte and GHD Limited. Mr. Tony Cheung Senior Environmental Protection Officer, HKSAR Government Mr Cheung is one of the Section Heads in Cross Boundary & International Group of the Environmental Protection Department, HKSAR Government. Apart from general liaison under a number of cross-boundary collaboration platforms, Mr Cheungalso takescareoftheplanningofecoexpo Asiaandpromotionofcarbon audit and management for private companies. One of Mr Cheung s main areas of business is the setting up and management of the Carbon Footprint Repository for listed companies in Hong Kong, which enables listed companies to disclose their carbon footprints as a result of their business operations and share successful stories on carbon management and practices with the public. Mr Cheung has also been working closely with the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on encouraging listed companies in Hong Kong to join the carbon audit practices with a view to promoting more and more private sectors, including listed companies subsidiaries, tenants, supply chain companies and others to join the global efforts in combating climate change. Ms. Jessica Chan Senior Consultant, Sustainability Planning and Management, Management Consulting Division, Hong Kong Productivity Council Ms. Chan has over 20 years of experience in the provision of environmental and sustainability consultancy, reporting & auditing services and performance benchmarking services to companies in public and private sectors both in Hong Kong and China. She has led the preparation and production of environmental/ehs/sustainability reporting for various sectors in accordance with leading local and international standards. Also, she is experienced in managing a number of large-scale environmental awards and recognition schemes, as well as in conducting and delivering sustainability, environmental and OHS related training courses.
