Within the project "Future Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Prepared in the European Space" I had the opportunity to see a new country with new traditions and customs. Here I learned to work in a team and consult with people around me before making a decision. I have accumulated a lot of information in the agricultural field that I am sure will help me in the future. I was very impressed by the farmers' association working on their own land using high performance machines. These machines are purchased from all corners of the world according to their performance and used to obtain quality products with certified seeds. I would very much like this system to be used in our area so that it doesn t remain unworked. All the explanations received during the project have shown us that it is not difficult to do your own business, you only need a little courage, will and hard work. This experience was unique to me and will remain unforgettable because I had the opportunity to meet a lot of people and make a lot of friends. At the same time, we had the opportunity to know new traditions and habits different from ours, ranging from food to clothing. By participating in the project, I have improved my knowledge in the practical field of agriculture and for the future I would like to follow a unoversity and have my own successful business. Participating in the Erasmus + project has been an experience that has enabled me to learn a lot of things both professionally and personally. From a professional point of view, I was impressed with how the yoghurt plant was organized and managed. It remains for me the best model of business in agriculture, and I believe that in our area we could achieve this by increasing the number of cow farms. I would love to have my own business of making yogurt with berries and thus ensure the best value for my work. The participation in the project made me more confident in myself and in my forces, and in the future I hope to be able to open my own business. I realized in the five days away from home that it's very important to have friends and to be part of a group in which there is harmony and understanding. It would be a great pleasure to participate in other projects and to have the opportunity to see countries and meet new people, to gain knowledge that will allow me to make a better future for myself. This Erasmus + project was a chance for us, participants. We had the opportunity to see very interesting places, to know special people and to develop from all points of view. We have returned with more self-confidence, with a much clearer speaking capacity and knowledge of how to organize agricultural business. Personally, I was very impressed with the production of sunflower oil and it seems to me a future business for our area because it presents all the conditions for growing the plant on very large surfaces. Oil production brings profit taking into consideration the fact that it is a finished product, plus other products such as grist for animals and halva, a sweet so much sought after. The prospect of opening such a thing can only be achieved if I had partners and funds, but I would love to put it into practice. Bulgaria as a country seemed very beautiful to me because everything was green and because all the arable land were cultivated in an industrial system with immense, all clean and well developed plants. The people I met were very welcoming and the region's cuisine has very appetizing dishes and in extraordinary portions. I made a lot of friends and we had fun. I would repeat such an experience at any time if I could have the chance. Axinte Maria Mădălina Graduate of Nicolae Bălcescu Technological High School
By participating in the Erasmus + project, I had a lot to learn. This opportunity gave me the courage to make my own business in the future. At the moment I'm working as a model, but I would like in the future, with my money, to open a milk processing factory supplied by my own cow farm. Apart from all the farms and businesses that I have observed and analyzed and which are well organized, I was very impressed by the people from these places that are of thorough kindness and hospitality. The hospitality of the Bulgarian people leads me to visit this country if I would have the opportunity. The places are very beautiful with spectacular landscapes. It has been a pleasant experience for me, the focus has been on exploring and learning techniques to develop a farming business that I will use with skill in the future, but I also have many beautiful memories and many friends. The project "Future Entrepreneurs in Agriculture Prepared in the European Space" carried out under the Erasmus + programm gave me the opportunity to see a wonderful country with wonderful places and people. This project for us was a great success because in a very short time we had the opportunity to live a lot of beautiful experiences both professionally and personally. As a business idea in agriculture, the milk processing plant has impressed me most as a model of maximizing raw material. If I had the opportunity I would open such a business, besides a cow farm so that I know what kind of milk I'm working with. I am very happy to have had the chance to participate in this project, because we had beautiful memories and many friends from all three participating countries. I hope there will be such projects so that other students could benefit of such beautiful experiences as we had for a week. Pleșca Camelia Post-graduate of Nicolae Bălcescu Technological High School
I really wanted to participate in this project because it was the only possibility in my life. Since I began to the vocational school, I have earned my living and it was like a dream that I could go to a foreign country and learn new things. And my dream came true and I thank all those who helped me. I was very impressed by Bulgaria s places and the people I met and I liked their way of life. For me, they were the most friendly people I met, and I liked how they received us and how they dealt with us in the five days stay. I have made a lot of friends and learned how to work together in a group. As an agricultural business, I liked it and is an example for me, the soy farm. I liked not the business itself but the way it was organized and especially the two owners, husband and wife who taught us that a business is being built in time, from little to much, with a lot of work and confidence. I liked their optimism and the fact that the whole production was ecological without the use of harmful chemicals. As a result of this experience, I would like to have my own business if it were possible, to focus on growing flowers and I hope someday to realize this dream. For now I have to work and support myself, but you never know what the future holds. Grumeza Niculina Mădălina Post-graduate of Nicolae Bălcescu Technological High School
For me, participating in the project "Future Entrepreneurs Trained in the European Space" was the first experience of this kind and I was very impressed. First of all, I had the opportunity to learn to do things myself, to adapt, to collaborate with other people who speak languages other than Romanian. So I realized I could do more than I imagined, this changed my mind about my ability to adapt to an unfamiliar environment, and learn how easy you can make friends. The moment of the selection was very exciting for me and since then I thought it would be a great experience. I enjoyed the train ride a lot and when I arrived I was greeted by very nice pupils and teachers. Especially the school principal impressed me a lot. Of all the agricultural business that we have analyzed and observed, the best example of good practice was the use of certified corn varieties, given that a lot of corn is cultivated in our area, but with low production because of the seed s low quality. I would like in the future to set up an association of corn producers to bringforth profitable products. I left Bulgaria with a feeling of sadness because I separated from my friends, but with the desire to attend the agronomy university, so, to pass the baccalaureate is my number one priority.
