Check the door closes correctly again and drill 4 x 3.mm holes on the inside edge of the frame corner and secure using 4 x screws (part ). Installation of the shower tray Before shower enclosure installation, you must finish the tile installation. Check the wall is straight using spirit level. IMRTAT: o not tile over the tray more than 0mm. 0mm MAX Wall Tile Shower Tray Wall Shower Tray. nsure the method of installation of the shower tray complies with one of the diagrams shown above.. Install tray to manufacturer s instructions. 3. nsure Shower tray is level. Tile. lace the wall frame (part A) against the wall and with the outside edge of the wall frame on the previously marked line on the tray. nsure the wall frame is vertically level and mark the holes positions through the wall frame and onto the wall. (Fig ) 3. Remove the wall frame and drill 4 x 6mm holes in wall for each wall frame. (Fig ) 4. Insert wall plugs (part M) into the holes, re-position wall frames (part A) and fix to the wall using 4 x screws (part ) in each wall frame. Use 4 x screw cover (part ) to hide screw heads (Fig ) A. Using a tape measure mark a line dimension (a / b) in pencil on the top face of tray. imension (a / b) will differ depending on the size of shower tray. If the imensions in chart below do not fit on tray, the tray has been tiled over too far and must be re-fitted.
