12 12 10 12 2. It is best to assemble this cart on a hard flat surface. Fasten the lower legs to the bottom shelf with two screws and nuts per corner. See Figure 1. Leave loose at this time. Figure 1 12 Y Y 15 3 HOLE SIDE 3. Assemble cart making certain the twohole side of each shelf is on the left side when looking at the front of the cart. See Figure 2. With the assembly on its side, slide the middle shelf inside the lower legs to its proper position. The PM7UL- 47JF may be assembled to be 45 or 47 tall. Determine which height you need and fasten the upper legs to the lower legs and middle shelf with two screws and nuts per corner. Leave loose at this time. 14 13 9 Figure 2 2 HOLE SIDE 4. Place the top shelf inside the upper legs and fasten with two screws and nuts per corner. See Figure 3. Make certain the two holes of the shelf are on the left. Leave fasteners loose at this time. Y 5. Insert Casters into caster sockets and stand cart upright on hard flat surface. Check cart for rocking or wobble. Push down or lightly tap on high corners to correct rocking. 6 F W X 5 6. Assemble the Columns and Mount Support Bracket to the top shelf. See Figure 4. The Sliding Nuts go into the slots of the Columns. Therefore, the slots of the Columns must face each other. Adjust height of Bracket and tighten fasteners. The proper allen wrench can be found with the monitor mounting fasteners. Figure 4 F W 7. Attach the Mount to the Mount Support Bracket. See Figure 5. The Mount may be tilted using the fasteners shown, however, secure Mount in the vertical position at this time. 3 C Figure 5 U 8. Secure the Hanging Brackets to the back of the flat panel display utilizing all of the fastener points recommended by the flat panel manufacturer. See Figure 6. Note: It is the responsibility of the installer to obtain any additional fasteners needed to secure the hanging brackets to the flat panel unit. Figure 6
