And DON T tell me you can t think of anything. If that s the case, then ask someone who loves you to help with this section of the list. And don t skip this part! I mean it. Either way, make plans to spend more time with them. That optimistic attitude will help you believe in your dreams. And make sure you spend time in places you love. Do you love nature? Maybe your health won t let you go hiking yet, but you can plan a picnic in the park. Do you love spending a night on the town, eating at a fine restaurant? Well, that s part of your personal Fat Extinguisher program. You need to be in the places you love. Again, this is all about taking care of yourself to keep optimism and hope in your life. You might be thinking that this sounds out of place in a fat-loss guide, but your mental and emotional health are tied directly to your physical health. Do what makes you happy, and you ll find your health goals much easier to reach.

You might be worried about slipping and not sticking to the meal plan (again, most people love the healthy, delicious recipes, but just in case you re still worried). Do you want to know what I say whenever someone comes to me and confesses that they had a bad day and didn t stick to their goals? Here s what I tell them: So what? Really, so what? You messed up. Everyone does. I did a couple times when I first went through the program. The key is that you look at your list, remind yourself what you re after and why you deserve it, and then you keep moving. Don t think of it as a bad day ruining your week. Think of it as a week with six fantastic days. And most importantly: get back on your feet and keep moving forward. Today is the day your life changes... How do I know? Because the guide you re looking at is already helping people all over the world lose weight and take back their lives.
