Membership Luncheon The next membership luncheon will be held on June 20,2013 at noon at The Alaskan Steak House. Lunch will be $15. To be eligible for the free lunch drawing, you must RSVP no later than 4pm on June 17th to The Delta Chamber of Commerce office 895-5068. Our Guest Speaker will be Scott Swingle. MR. Swingle is the Northern Area Manager for the SBA District office in Fairbanks. Scott Swingle is the Senior Northern Area Manager for the U.S. Small Business Administration s Alaska District Office and is based in Fairbanks. Scott has four boys and has lived in Alaska for the past 24 years. He has owned a log home construction business and a landscaping business in Alaska. He has taught numerous business classes at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and has been assisting Alaskans as a business counselor for the past 15 years. Scott was Director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Small Business Development Center for 5 years before joining the SBA team in 2005. Museum Volunteers This Years wonderful Sullivan Roadhouse Hosts. Sherman Stebbins Nancy Williams Wayne Crowson Bob & Ann Geise Emma Sparks Sullivan Roadhouse Museum is looking for summer host Volunteers. You don t have to be a expert on the Sullivan Roadhouse or even a long time resident of Delta Junction, most Visitors love to see a friendly face who is willing to chat for awhile! Delta Moose Lodge 911 is Hosting the Fall Moose Conference September 25-29 2013 They are looking for Donations for hand out bags for attendees; this can include coupons to your business, brochures, cards, or samples. If you or your business would like to make a donation to these bags please contact the chamber office at 895-5068 We are looking for Volunteers to become members of our newly formed committees.
