Swingle is the Northern Area Manager for the SBA District office in Fairbanks. Scott Swingle is the Senior Northern Area Manager for the U.S. Small Business Administration s Alaska District Office and is based in Fairbanks. Scott has four boys and has lived in Alaska for the past 24 years. He has owned a log home construction business and a landscaping business in Alaska. He has taught numerous business classes at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and has been assisting Alaskans as a business counselor for the past 15 years. Scott was Director of the University of Alaska Fairbanks Small Business Development Center for 5 years before joining the SBA team in 2005. Delta Moose Lodge 911 is Hosting the Fall Moose Conference September 25-29 2013 They are looking for Donations for hand out bags for attendees; this can include coupons to your business, brochures, cards, or samples.
