Questions and Answers Q1. How do I get my sticker? Once you know you have 800 stickers go and see Amanda in reprographics. Amanda has a list of points, so make sure you go along before school, at break or lunch to collect your pass.. Q2. What happens if I am caught cheating the system? There will be severe consequences for you or for anybody else, for example, using another student s planner. Your ID card, planner and sticker will be checked at every event. Rewards passes will definitely be removed from everybody concerned and parents notified, in addition there will be school sanctions. Q3. Can I take part in more than one event? Yes, but only one of the three films can be watched. Q4. What happens if I break a rule, for example, taking food or drink into a lunchtime session?
Your rewards pass will be removed from your planner. Q5. What happens if I have lost of forgotten my planner? You will not be able to access any rewards activities. Your planner is very important Q6. Only one of my friends does not have a rewards pass but wants to do an activity. Can they take part? No. There must be benchmark of 800 achievement points. Q7. How do I sign up for a film, Panto or BDAT Be There II Matinees? Go and see Amanda in reprographics. This is the office near the main reception and next to the pastoral office with the split blue door. You will be given a pass for the film to show teachers and a list which will be kept up to date and displayed outside reprographics where the attendance ladders are. Only Amanda can sign you up for the events. You will need to get your mark at the start of Period 7 before coming down to the hall. Q8. How do I sign up for the FIFA 18 tournament? Same as above. Go and see Amanda and sign up. There will be a form to fill out with your gaming name. All games will be played on the PS4 platform, if you don t have one at home use a friends! Q8. The raffle thing confuses me, please explain it. If you have 500 achievement points you have 5 entries into the digital raffle. You don t need to do anything as we know your achievement points and will add you to the raffle machine! Just turn up to assembly and keep your fingers crossed! Prizes will be sorted out by your year leaders. Q9. I do not have 800 points, will I also miss out on the Spring Rewards before Easter? Not necessarily, we have changed the system so for the Spring Rewards you need 800 points between in the spring term. So for example, if at the start of the spring term you have 300 points and at the end of the spring term you had 1100 points you would qualify for the rewards. Any student with a total of 1600 points at the end of the spring term will also
qualify. This system prevents a bad autumn term from affecting your chances of the spring term rewards avoids a double jeopardy. Regards, Mr. J. Ryan
