If you're reading this guide then I'll venture to guess that you're feeling a bit frustrated and maybe even a little overwhelmed at the fact that no matter how hard you try, your daily to-do list isn't generating the results you want in your business. I get it and I've got your back! This guide is going to help you: Identify your most profitable, income-generating activities that will bring in more leads, conversions and sales! Organize and structure your day so that you're not wasting time trying to figure out what to do, when. Discover your true priority so that, at the end of the day, you'll have complete satisfaction knowing that what you did was enough to drive sales and add to your bank account! Regardless of your industry, this process will help you increase sales, raise your confidence and ultimately help you create the life and business filled with the freedom and flexibility you crave. Let's dive in!

A LITTLE ABOUT ME Hi. I m Rachel Luna, and I ve worked with hundreds of clients 1-on-1 to gain more confidence, generate more sales, make more money and have more freedom! HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE I'm not going to tell you how to live your life, but I am going to suggest that you set aside 30 minutes or so to go through this guide in order as I've written it. I know, you want to race to the bottom and cherry-pick the sheets you think you need, print those off and be done. But I challenge you to exercise some self-control and learn the system. You'll get better results if you go in order. I promise. If you're pressed for time and can't possibly carve out 30 minutes, then you need to start with the bonus audio training from my Consistency Incubator Group Coaching Experience where I teach you how to "Bend Time." STEP 1. THE BRAIN DUMP Do you find yourself struggling to decide what to get done first because you have a million ideas? Are you distracted throughout the day and find yourself stuck? If so, then you my friend need to start brain dumping! Your thoughts and ideas are like little kids (or fur babies, if you will) - they need your time & attention and they will persist until they get it. Brain dumping is simply writing down every thought, idea, worry, and task that's on your mind. I recommend you do this at the end of each evening - it's been proven to help you sleep better (according to the HUNDREDS of people I've taught this concept to). It will also help eliminate distracting thoughts. TAKE CONFIDENT ACTION: Print out your Brain Dump sheet and let it all out. I recommend printing out a few extras and keep them handy. Whenever you feel yourself stuck, distracted or in resistance, grab a brain dump and give those thoughts some attention. p.s. Your Brain Dump should NOT be used as your To-Do List. Keep reading to learn the distinction.

STEP 2. PICKING OUT THE PROFIT Now that you've gotten all your thoughts and ideas out on paper, it's time to break down your project/goals for the next 90 days and pick out the profit. You'll want to print out The BreakDown Sheets and identify you 1-3 Projects/Goals you want to achieve in the next 90 days. *Don't push yourself to have 3 items and definitely trim the list is you have more than 3. Less is more. Then go ahead and break down your Project/Goals into action steps and put a "P" for and "O" for Operational next to each one. A "" task is one that will directly help you generate income. An "Operational" task is one that is necessary for your business to run but generates little to no income. **(Refer to the v. Operational Activities List for guidance and examples). Your "P" activities should have the highest priority in your schedule during your working hours. Do these first!

PROFITABLE V. OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES LIST Here are some examples of and Operational tasks to help you identify "P" tasks from "O" tasks on your Breakdown Sheets. PROFITABLE ACTIVITIES Sales conversations with prospective clients/customers. Writing copy for a sales page. Following up with a prospect and extending an invitation to purchase. Live streaming on social media with a call to action to buy. OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES Email. Creating team training content. Creating and posting general content on social media List building without a sales sequence to follow.

STEP 3. YOUR PROFIT GENERATOR LIST You're doing great! The work you're doing today is a seed you're planting to enjoy more profits tomorrow and moving forward. We're almost done, so stick with me. Now that you've broken down your projects/goals for the next 90 days and have a list of action steps to achieve them, it's time to create a little cheatsheet for yourself. Use the next page, your Profit Generator List, to make a note of all your "P" activities. Whenever you find yourself stuck, in resistance, unsure of what to do next or if you happen to find yourself with an extra few minutes to time to get something done, REFER TO THIS LIST FIRST! I know deep down you already know which activities and tasks generate money in your business, but now you have no more excuses to get these done, first! Yes, the operational tasks and the family/life matters are important as well, but you're tackling this challenge head on so you can create more profitable days and ultimately enjoy more freedom. TAKE CONFIDENT ACTION: Fill out your Profit Generator List

The Profit Generator List LIST THE ACTIVITIES THAT DRIVE REVENUE IN YOUR BUSINESS (REFER TO THE BREAKDOWN SHEET) THE TIME MAKING MONEY SHOULD BE GREATER THAN THE TIME THAT YOU ARE SPENDING MONEY. -SOPHIA AMORUSO

STEP 4. CRAFT YOUR PROFITABLE Alright, it's finally here. The moment you've been waiting for. It's time to craft your To Do List. While we're definitely focusing on the profits in this guide, I want to make sure your first step has nothing to do with money and everything to do with gratitude. Because I can assure you, no amount of success or money will make you happy if you don't have a grateful heart and fulfillment in life. TAKE CONFIDENT ACTION: 1. Print out your To Do List. 2. Write down what you're grateful for. 3. Reference your Profit Generator List and select 1-3 Profit Generating Tasks. ONLY 1-3 per day!!!! Trust me, this is incredibly important that you don't try and overstuff your day. 4. Reference your BreakDown Sheets and select 1-2 Operational Tasks. 2 max! Trust the process. 5. Jot down your non-negotiable Family/Life Matters that must get done that day. 6. Use the thoughts & ideas section for anything that tries to come in and pull your focus and attention away from your Profit Generating Tasks. 7. Repeat Daily.

PROFIT GENERATING TASKS GRATITUDE THOUGHTS & IDEAS OPERATIONAL TASKS FAMILY / LIFE MATTERS

STEP 5. PROGRAM YOURSELF FOR VICTORY One of the reasons most people never complete their to-do list isn't because they didn't have time or because they were distracted (although those seem to be the most popular excuses). The real reason most people never finish a to-do list is because they have already been programmed to "lose." Our brains are conditioned for patterns and when we do something repeatedly, the brain picks up and identifies that as "the norm." If you've consistently been inconsistent, then you're now programmed to be inconsistent. Not to mention the fact that many of us have no problem letting ourselves down before we let anyone else down. That's why you need to do not one, but two things in this section. TAKE 2 CONFIDENT ACTION STEPS: 1. SET BOUNDARIES. I challenge you to create ONE new boundary today. Whether it's telling a friend NO even though you really want to help so that you have more time for your own projects or simply silencing instant messenger notifications so that others have to wait, it's time for you to prioritize YOURSELF.

STEP 5. PROGRAM YOURSELF FOR VICTORY (cont'd) 2. CELEBRATE YOUR VICTORIES: Use the "Done List" each day to record the activities you were able to accomplish. Since this is the To Do List guide, I highly encourage you to strive for ending each day with at least 1-2 income generating activities as the "Priorities Completed." But because we're helping you create a new brain pattern, conditioning yourself for victory, go ahead and celebrate any activity you consider a priority completed. And for any ideas that are lingering, jot those down in the space below your done list.

The Done List TOP PRIORITIES COMPLETED: GENIUS IDEAS + TASKS FOR NEXT TIME: LET WHATEVER YOU DID TODAY BE ENOUGH!

STEP 6. PASS THE BUCK Here's what's going to happen once you start operating from The To Do List: things that feel incredibly important (and perhaps are) but are not profit-generating tasks won't get done. Or you'll find yourself agonizingly having to choose between a "P" task and a Family/Life Matter. That's normal and you won't be alone. That's why the final step in this To Do List guide is to fill out the Pass the Buck List. You shouldn't have to do everything all alone and quiet honestly, trying to do and be everything for everyone is going to make your journey to the financial freedom you crave a much slower process. TAKE CONFIDENT ACTION: Use the Pass the Bucket list to identify all the Operational and Family/Life Matters you can outsource. BONUS ACTION: HIRE (or ask for) HELP. You can find affordable help for most things. And if your excuse is, "I can't afford it." My rebuttal to that is: "You can't afford to hire someone because you haven't hired anyone!" Having help frees up your time to complete more profit generating activities, remember that!

CONGRATULATIONS! YOU DID IT! I'm proud of you for taking the time to go through this process and make the necessary shifts to create your To Do List. This system, like any, will take some time to get used to, but I know that if you stick with it and focus on celebrating your victories, you will ultimately create new brain patterns, increase your confidence and generate greater profits in your business! YOU ARE A PROFIT-GENERATING MACHINE!
