Meet the Professionals Kirk L Gravelle, CFP, CIMA Senior Investment Consultant First Vice President Financial Advisor With over 19 years of experience in the industry, I offer you a seasoned professional who is motivated and competent to assist you in coordinating your financial affairs. I am uniquely qualified to serve the complicated fiscal needs of dental professionals. A graduate of Western Illinois University with Bachelor s Degrees in Industrial Technology and Finance, as well as a minor in Agricultural Economics, I continue to expand my knowledge through lectures by renowned experts and courses in wealth management at schools such as the prestigious Wharton School of Business and the Kellogg School of Management. Working with dental professionals since 2002, beginning with my own orthodontist, I have come to admire and respect the clients with whom I have worked. I have been actively involved with and contributed to several local dental groups, including the Jacksonville and Clay County Dental Societies, the St. Johns Dental Society, the Northeast District Dental Association, various study clubs, and the FDNC. My team of financial professionals has helped several of your peers in managing their unique financial pictures. In addition to personal financial planning, we provide several valuable practice-oriented services, both for growing practices and practices in transition. By assisting with lending needs, reviewing and helping to fund buy-sell agreements, customizing practice retirement plans, as well as business and cash flow analysis, we work closely with each client to make their own practices as successful as possible. And with an advisory board made up entirely of dentists, we keep an eye on providing that high level of service that is important to you. As an active member of my community, I am involved with my local church, am a member of the Jacksonville Golf & Country Club, and in Rotary International. I have lived and worked in the Jacksonville area since 1997. Omar W Hammad-Randolph Financial Advisor After graduating Babson College with a dual major in Finance and Economics, Omar started a successful South Florida restaurant chain followed by a number of consulting and real estate projects prior to joining Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in 2012. His passion lies with working on complex issues business owners and executives face from cash flow management to exit strategy. Omar also enjoys helping ensure families and individuals are properly invested to endure market cycles through careful planning. Omar provides support in the team s business planning, asset allocation, and portfolio management. Omar grew up in Marbella Spain but has deep roots in South Florida.
Jason Pelletier Financial Planning Specialist Financial Advisor Jason was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida and after graduating from Escambia High School he enlisted in the United States Air Force as an F-16 fuel-systems mechanic. After serving in the armed forces he attended The University of West Alabama where he played football as a scholarship athlete, and later completed his B.S. in Business Administration at Kaplan University. Since moving back to Pensacola in late 2011, Jason has been with Morgan Stanley and serves as Treasurer for the Kiwanis Club of Big Lagoon Foundation and the Perdido Key Association. Jason, his wife Kerry and newborn daughter Sofia live in Pensacola, Florida. Federico Gambineri Financial Advisor Born in Rome, Italy, Federico has split time between Italy and Florida and graduated from the Florida State University in 2011. While completing his Bachelor's degree in Finance, with a minor in Psychology, Federico interned for two summers in the Finance department at Euromoney Institutional Investor in New York City. In 2012, he went on to earn a Master's degree in Sport Management from the Florida State University. Since joining Morgan Stanley in 2013, Federico has earned his Series 7, Series 66 and Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses. He currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida where he enjoys participating in CIAO!, the Capital Italian American Organization and alumni activities at Florida State University. Jason Fidurski Financial Advisor Jason Fidurski is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley in Naples, Florida. Over the last twenty years he has become skilled in financial planning and investment management. His focus is to work towards maximizing the value of his client s family capital while pursing the family s shared values and creating an enduring family legacy. Originally from Pittsburgh, Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duquesne University in 1994 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and then went on to complete his MBA with a concentration in Finance with High Honors in 1999. He also holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor designation through the College of Financial Planning. Clyde Jensen Financial Advisor Thomas Craig Financial Advisor Melissa Bailey Senior Client Service Associate Clyde earned his baccalaureate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida in the spring of 1999. He started his career with Raytheon Company. While there he successfully negotiated government contracts, while designing military satellite and communications systems as one of their talented engineers. Starting in Financial Services in 2009, and joining Morgan Stanley in 2012, Clyde has thrived in solving complex issues for individuals and business owners alike. He also holds the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist. Clyde currently resides in Valrico, where he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Bekah, and their three children: Alysse, Ella and Colton. An active member in the community, he is involved at the Crossing Church and is a past Honorary Mayor of Riverview. After graduating from Catholic University s Columbus School of Law, Thomas spent three years in the legal profession in northern New Jersey before joining Smith Barney in 2006. Thom built his practice focusing on business owners, primarily working with attorneys, doctors and transportation companies. He then was recruited by Barclay s ishares to help open and grow their east coast sales team prior to their sale to BlackRock. In 2013, Thom, his wife Molly and their daughter Riley moved to Lady Lake, Florida and he joined Morgan Stanley. In continuing to build his practice, he seeks to find accumulation and distribution strategies that fit the individual goals of his clients, believing that each phase of life requires a tailored approach to investing. He has been active with both the ALS Society of America and the March of Dimes charities. Born in Hahn, Germany, into a military family, Melissa grew up in Georgia and graduated from Valdosta State University. Earning her Bachelors degree in Economics, she began her career working in sales and customer service. Presented with the opportunity to work in an area closer to her field of study, she entered the financial services industry in 2006 starting in operations. She quickly moved up in the organization to become a valued member of a financial services team. Melissa is responsible for providing excellent customer service and operational oversight for her Financial Advisors.
