The notification is circulated for the information of participants in the Textiles Arrangement, This programme was the subject of a complaint by Pakistan and in accordance with its usual practice in such cases the TSB heard statements by representative's of the European Community and Pakistan. The conclusions reached by the TSB are set out in the report of ibs tenth meeting of 1976 (C0M.TE/SB/l88). See also the report of the first meeting of 1976 (C0M.TE/SB/H7) for the outcome of the TSB's original review of the case.
