Independent evaluation has verified the Traffic Safety impacts Facial Recognition NYS DMV went live utilizing Facial Recognition on 2/3/10. To date we have identified 14,000 subjects with 2 or more licenses. We have arrested over 3,000 and taken administrative action on over 7,500 subjects.
