KINDERGARTEN Arizona law requires that public schools provide supplies required for academic success. The majority of the supplies your child will use in the classroom will be provided by the school. The following is a wish list of optional items desired for each student in kindergarten. Any student unable to bring any of the listed items will be provided with supplies. *******Please do not write child s name on any of the supplies unless specified. All items will be shared with the entire class. Please do not put your child s name on the items donated. We would love for you to bring in the items on this list on Kindergarten Curriculum Night 8/2/18 or Meet the Teacher Night on 8/3/18. (Please do not send the items on the first day of school.) If you are unable to bring them on Aug. 2nd or 3rd please send them in on Friday Aug. 10th. 4 AA rechargeable batteries [optional] 2 5 ounce containers of Play-Doh (any color) [optional] 1 roll of paper towels 1 - bottle anti-bacterial gel for class use- not for children s personal use but for class use before snacks 1 - box of Crayola 24 count crayons 1 - box of Crayola fat crayons 3 or more expo dry erase markers 1 6-oz bottles of white glue [optional] 2 - pkgs colored markers 1 or 2 - pkgs of 10 or 12 glue sticks 1 - ream #65 weight white cardstock paper 1 - pkg of baby wipes 1 - box of gallon size Ziploc bags 1 - box of sandwich size Ziploc bags [optional] 2 - boxes of 5 oz Dixie cups for snack 1 - Two-Pocket Heavyweight Poly Portfolio with Prongs for letter size papers YELLOW or ORANGE (do not write child s name on folder). (Just a regular backpack please, not a baby, stuffed animal or purse backpack- no wheels! Please do not attach any toys, key chains, watches or trinkets to your child s backpack.) 2 - boxes of snacks- Please refer to the Safe Snack List on the LS Website before buying/sending in snacks. Suggestions- crackers, goldfish, vanilla wafers, letter/number cookies, pretzels, popcorn, or bags/boxes of dry cereal (any snack appropriate for 5 year olds with enough in the package to distribute among 26 children). We give out snack once each day. Try to send in something nutritious & nonperishable. Please do not donate any snack or item containing any nuts or peanut butter, and nothing that requires a spoon to eat. *If your child is on any kind of special diet, other than no peanuts - you will need to provide special snack for your child- this includes but is not limited too- gluten free, red dye free, high-fructose corn syrup free etc. *Please do not send children to school with any toys, money or medicine in their backpacks.*

Donations throughout the year are also appreciated for our treasure box which include trinkets and goodies such as decorative pencils, fun pencil erasers, and party favors (Ferdman, Silverstein, Robidoux). 3 rd Grade 3 rd Grade Supply List 2018-2019 Individual Student Supplies Classroom Donations 1 - pair scissors 1 - ruler 2 - one-inch three ring binders with clear plastic front (IF POSSIBLE) binders with the 1 touch rings. Legend Springs 2018-2019 5 th Grade Supply List The following is a list of items requested for each student. Arizona law requires that public schools provide supplies required for academic success.
