First Grade Supply List **Please make sure all supplies are labeled with your child s name. 1. School Bag 2. Zippered pouch to hold pencils, scissors, and crayons. We highly discourage art boxes, which spill frequently and cause a big mess. 3. #2 pencils Mechanical pencils are great. Pencils covered in paper/plastic cannot be sharpened at school. They break the electric sharpeners!! 4. Erasers 5. Crayons (24 count is plenty) 6. Glue Stick - any extra donations for the school year would be appreciated. 7. Scissors 8. Box of tissues 10. 6/13/12 Dear Parent/Guardian: For the 2008-2009 school year, we are requesting that students bring to technology class, a two-pocket folder and a set of headphones. In order to help avoid any transferring of germs, we would like to begin to have all children use their own headphones during technology class. Please send in headphones in a plastic Ziploc baggie with the following information: 1. Your Child s First and Last Name 2. Homeroom Teacher Name All headphones will be stored in your child s homeroom or technology classroom and will be returned to you at the end of the school year.
