Groner is Co-Founding and Managing Partner at Worby Groner Edelman LLP with over 30 years of experience in personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and toxic exposure litigation. Bill co-managed the firm s joint venture mass tort litigation representing over 10,000 first responders, construction workers, volunteers and others who were exposed to various Ground Zero toxins and contaminants. He was a principal negotiator in the decade long litigation which resulted in settlements in excess of $800,000,000. Bill is a frequent lecturer on all aspects of personal injury practice and law, and taught a seminar in the Fall of 2013 at Boston University School of Law entitled Anatomy of a Mass Tort. He has made numerous radio and TV appearances including 20/20 ABC News, CNN (Worldwide), Good Day NY, Fox, and CBS. He is founder and Past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Westchester Chapter, and has been repeatedly selected as a New York Super Lawyer, characterized as a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Bill also enjoys the maximum rating available (AV-5.0) from Martindale- Hubbell which denotes the highest level of professional excellence.
