INSERT CAM LOCKS(2) INTO HOLES AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 1 WITH SLOTS FOR SCREWDRIVER 3 FACING OUTWARD. ROTATE CAM LOCKS(2) CLOCKWISE TO SECURE CAM BOLTS(1).
