Fittings for lightweight boards Securely anchored The VB 36 HT is suitable for corner connections with lightweight boards with surface layers of mm and over. This connecting fitting features a special expanding housing that is firmly anchored after knocking in an additional expanding pin below the top surface layer. The tried and tested eccentric latching principle ensures that the dowel engages and pulls tight in the fitting. Optionally, the VB 36 HT is equipped with a torque support. A web ensures that the dowel is securely held in the housing, thus holding the cabinet components together, before tightening the eccentric cam. Web Worktop connector AVB HT As the high-strength answer to connecting worktops, the AVB HT complements the range for 50 and 60 mm lightweight boards with surface layers of mm. Simply inserted in two 40 mm drill holes, the two sections are braced together quickly and conveniently from below by means of a 90 deflection gear either with an Allen key or, if speed is important, with a cordless screwdriver. Fitted without the need for tools the dowel simply pushes into place. With Rastex, the Rapid S makes the perfect pair. Fast assembly dowel Rapid S for Rastex 15 Hole diameter and 10 mm 1. Rapid S simply pushes into the drill hole with the press of a finger. The plastic dowel shank is non-slip making it easy to press in. 2. Rastex 15 is pushed into the mounting hole. 3. On tightening the Rastex 15, the socket immediately expands, significantly increasing pull-out strength. Clip connector MultiClip A single plastic component, simple and easy to use! MultiClip is rectangular in shape and can be screwed in place from all sides. Fits easily into system 32 drilling. Multi-Clip locates by means of a flexible tongue. These tongues are serrated and slightly sprung in order to provide a firm adheshion or grip. Multi-Clip s wide tolerance band provides significant adjustment after location.
