Everything at a glance /// Additional possible designs IKA Plant /// Industrial production-scale plant With the process plant Master Plant MP and the Standard Production Plant SPP, IKA offers compact solutions for the manufacture of high quality emulsions and suspensions in a batch process. They are available for volumes ranging from 10 4,000 liters. The heart of both plants is the DBI dispersing machine which directly draws solid and liquid ingredients into the dispersing chamber. The DBI recirculates the product by means of a recirculation loop. GLASS VESSEL The double-jacketed glass vessel allows you to keep an eye on the process and is fitted with temperature controls.
