LS 5101 Case # 1508-32119 After review and discussion of the surveys provided by Mr. Espinosa to the Probation Review Committee, the following motion was made: Mr. Schryver made a motion to approve the surveys submitted by Mr. Espinosa as they meet the minimum levels of competency. Mr. McLaughlin seconded. Mr. McLaughlin made a motion to release Mr. Espinosa from probation and probation tracking pending a vote of the full board. John W. Cooper Titusville, Florida LS5093 Case #1604-14959 Ms. Harper said that he is well within his timeframe for receipt of payment and has taken the required courses in ethics. She said there are more courses that he is required to take and is meeting the deadlines. She stated that he has more surveys to submit to the Board for review. John W. Cooper Land Surveying, Inc. Titusville, Florida LS5093 Case #1604-14956 Ms. Harper said that they have satisfied their requirements by paying their fine and costs. Mr. McLaughlin made a motion to release John W. Miami, Florida LS 5105 Case # 1508-32119 Final Order Filed September 6, 2016 Ms. Harper stated that the Probation Review Committee voted to remove Mr. Espinosa from disciplinary tracking pending a full vote of the Board. Miguel Garay Cape Coral, Florida LS6592 Case # 1605-17182 Ms. Harper stated that he was placed on probation by the Committee in August so there has not been anything received from him so far. Indian River Survey, Inc. Vero Beach, Florida LB7545 Case # 1611-44521 Ms. Harper said that she is expecting a payment the end of December. New Bearings, Inc. Cape Coral, Florida LB7611 Case # 1605-17152 Ms. Harper said that she is expecting a payment the end of December. Ralph Swerdloff Lake Mary, Florida LS3411 Case # 1608-32335 Licensure Status: Suspended (until March 17, 2018) Ms. Harper stated that she is expecting to receive payments prior to March 17, 2018, with the first payment expected in December. Ramsey Miami, Florida LS5851 Case #1508-18862 Final Order Filed September 12, 2016 updated date: April 3, 2017 Ms. Harper said that Mr. Ramsey did not abide by the Final Order and the Board requested at the August 2017 meeting that the Board office to file a complaint for Failing to Abide by the Final Order. She said that the order was filed per her instructions by the Board and is in motion at this time. Donald L. Williamson Tampa, Florida LS5649 Case # 1508-18862 Final Order Filed: June 10, 2016 Ms. Harper stated that the Probation Review Committee voted to remove Mr. Williamson from disciplinary tracking pending a full vote of the Board. OLD/NEW BUSINESS Mr. McLaughlin requested that when the Board sends out a stipulation that we request a full-size plat. Mr. Petzold said full-size doesn t follow Rule 5J-17. Mr. Petzold suggested that if the plat received is too small then request a full-size, legible copy.
