USING YOUR SYSTEM: READ ME FIRST!

Hey, Eric Medemar here First off, I want to thank you for purchasing my system. I don't take the task of helping you make (what is better known as) a $hit load of money lightly. The truth is, it's sorta weird for me to be here teaching you, because I didn't get into the business of selling how-to investing products to make money... In fact, I've already made more this year on 1 wholesale deal than I will all year selling real estate courses. I compare my Real Estate Education business to deer hunting...i do it because I enjoy it, not for the meat...deer hunters don't spend hundreds of dollars and 400 hours a season in the wood in hopes of getting 50 lbs of meat...they do it because they love the process or as my favorite hunting quote says You don't hunt in order to kill...you kill in order to have hunted In other words, while I do appreciate all the money you've invested in my training. The main reason this course is even available, is so that all my hard work has some sort of point. Just as a hunter spends hundreds of hours in the woods hoping for a kill, but truly enjoying the act of hunting itself...i spend hundreds of hours teaching the things that I know, while hoping for a sale, but truly enjoying the act of teaching itself. I'm sure you'd join my wife in her laughter, if you knew how much time and energy goes into creating products like this...put it this way my $200/hr wholesaling wages...become $7/hr education product wages...crazy I know, but I love it. Let's get on with the overview, shall we? I know this is going to read pretty strange because I'm going to suggest jumping into the wholesaling material last. I'm sure many of you have bought education products prior to this and they have ended up either as Hard Drive or Shelf Space Placeholders. Information is only as profitable as the action you take. So before you start learning about wholesaling, let's get you a solid foundation in place for taking action.

Step 1: I suggest that you start with the Real Estate Success Formula. Most students are tempted to jump into the meat of my wholesaling course... But it will be worth the wait. Contrary to popular belief, most investors don't fail because they lack information, they fail because they never learn how to USE the information. I put together the Real Estate Success Formula after studying countless books on motivation and success. This book lays the foundation for building both a spectacular investing business and an insanely fulfilling life. Step #2: Sorry, once again I'm going to suggest you prolong your jump into the wholesaling material. I would like to see you set both your real estate goals and your life goals before getting started with the wholesaling material. Having measurable, time bound goals will be an essential part of your success in the real estate business. Trying to find success without goals is like attempting to put together a puzzle without looking at the picture on the box. Step #3: I suggest scanning through the Ultimate Wholesaling System guide first, that way you'll have an excellent idea of all that you'll be learning. Since I'm being honest here...basically all I did when putting together this guide was write down EXACTLY what I was doing to find success as a real estate wholesaler. No fancy guru stuff or filler fluff, just solid wholesaling advice that will make you money...i can only say this is a fact because it made me money!

Step #4: Next I would listen to the Wholesaling made EZ audio. You will find that the content follows the Guide very closely. I did this intentionally, hoping to increase the likely hood of knowing and understanding the material thoroughly. Once again, no fancy stuff. Just me spending about 30 minutes to tell you what worked for me. At the time these were strategies that worked just for me...now investor from all across the U.S have used these same strategies to make thousands. Please Note: Step #3 and #4 can be replaced with my Real Estate Bird Dog material if that is the route you choose to start with. Step #5: Finding buyers is going to be your first task once you have gotten started on the path to wholesaling success. Start with the PDF then listen to the audio. Learn this material, internalize it, then use it. Your wholesaling business will only grow to the size of the buyers on your list...now go find some buyers! Your first temptation might be to start looking at houses...don't. It's all about the buyers! Step #6: WOW, you won't hear this stuff any where else! In this incredibly powerful guide and Mp3 you're going to learn about my Profit Stacking Strategy. Never heard of Profit Stacking? Of course you haven't, I am the only dude who teaches it. Basically I am going to teach you how to sell buyers, like most investors sell houses. Once you learn this tactic, you could essentially be making thousands monthly without setting foot in a piece of real estate...no B.S

Okay, time to put the rest away! I know, I know, it'll be tough to stop learning and start doing...but, I know you can do it. I know you can do it, because I did it and basically you're following my treasure map to wholesaling success. Keep in mind, you can substitute the Real Estate Bird Dogging section for the Wholesaling section if that's what you intend to do. What about all the other material? 1. Housing Panic Profit System: Listen to this stuff to reinforce all that you've already learned once you have started taking action. I would encourage you to listen to the Lease Option Portion before the other material because lease options create a perfect synergy with real estate wholesaling. 2. Real Estate Negotiation System: Once you've got your buyers list in place and you're ready to start looking at homes then break this bad boy out. Sellers won't know what hit them when you unveil these little known negotiation tactics. Also, you can use the buyer negotiation tactics with your investors...use them sparingly though. 3. Covert Buyer Tactics Video: If you're chomping at the bit to get some new material then start here. In this 45 minute video I share my most deadly effective tactics for locating buyers. 4. Real Estate Cheat Sheets: Print these out before you set foot in a piece of real estate. These sheets can save your a$$. Once again, I am just giving you the sheets that I made for myself after missing a few high cost inspection traps in my first couple deals.

5. Bullet Proof Contracts: Learn these inside and out before you start looking at homes. These are the same contracts that I use for my business...i can't tell you how much it would have helped to have these when I started. 6. Bird Doggin FAQ Video: If you elect to forgo wholesaling and work towards bird dogging then I would suggest watching this along with the Bird Dogging Made EZ Mp3 and reading the Bird Dog Guide. Being as generous...or, as stupid as I am. I'm sure that there's many more bonuses that I've added onto the package. Study the bonuses as time permits. Above all...let's go make you some money!
