Jawab SEMUA soalan. QUESTION 1 SOALAN 1 (a) Explain THREE (3) applications of Control Surveying in Civil Engineering. Terangkan TIGA (3) kegunaan Ukur Kawalan dalam bidang Kejuruteraan Awam. (b) Precise levelling instrument is used for the purpose of obtaining final level, monitoring of engineering structures, determining the difference of Mean Sea Level among tide gauges station (STAPS) and determination of national vertical datum. Describe the characteristics of a precise leveling instrument. Alat aras jitu digunakan untuk tujuan mendapatkan aras muktamad, monitoring struktur kejuruteraan, penentuan perbezaan Aras Purata Laut di antara stesen tolok Air Pasang Surut (STAPS) dan penentuan datum pugak kebangsaan. There are many advantages of using the GPS compared to conventional survey. Identify FIVE (5) advantages and FIVE (5) disadvantages of GPS survey. Dalam ukur tanah, satelit digunakan untuk menentukan kedudukan titik-titik diatas permukaan bumi. Terdapat banyak kelebihan menggunakan peralatan GPS berbanding ukur konvensional.
