INTRODUCTION Hello! Welcome to my modeling information booklet containing everything to know about collaborating with me. If you have any questions, please don t hesitate to ask. GENERAL INFO Before we get to all the fun stuff, there s some things we need to get through first. It s worth it to know! All collaborations are Trade for Production (TFP). This means: all participants are doing something for each other. It s a fair TRADE of each others time and effort. Everyone involved can/will receive copies of the finished photos and/ or video produced and may do anything they like with them. Photos and/or video may NOT be sold. Please try to schedule at least a week or two in advance. No last minute sessions are scheduled. You may FAVORITE/HEART/SELECT which photos you want edited/ retouched via a private PixieSet web link with password included. Finalized photos and/or video are delivered via Dropbox Link. Most collaborations will produce anywhere between 10 to 100 photos (rarely more). The number varies depending on project. I usually won t deliver more than 200 images. 3

DELIVER During post-production I apply editing, retouching, & coloring. Everyone involved with the project can receive copies of the photos that turn up via Dropbox link! 4

YOUR VIBE ATTRACTS YOUR TRIBE I m constantly networking & looking to further my experience & portfolios! Sometimes I reach out to someone because I like their look, style, or aesthetic. Sometimes I like them in general and want to see if we have creative chemistry. CANCELING & RESCHEDULING Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date & time of shoot. Any pre-arranged & agreed upon costs-of-production (rentals, fees, mileage, etc) will be charged to a last-minute canceler for no-show. While during a shoot: if a model, talent, or performer, decides not to work in the artistic direction previously agreed upon by both (or all) parties, photographer may choose to cancel then/there and is not required to deliver/provide any photos/video produced to the uncooperative model, talent, or performer. 6 Photography by Stephan Partipilo. Q: DO YOU DELIVER EVERY IMAGE YOU SHOOT? No, I do not. I eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focus shots with bad expressions and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. F.A.Q S Q: ARE SESSIONS OUTDOOR OR INDOOR? Typically, my bigger groups are done outside unless requested otherwise. I do offer in studio shoots for individuals or couples if requested. Q: DO YOU DELIVER RAW IMAGES? I never deliver raw images. ALL images purchased and provided WILL be edited. Under no request will I provide unedited images. Q: DO I NEED TO HAVE MY HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE? You may do your own hair and makeup but I might be able to arrange a hair and makeup artist if scheduled in advance. Q: WHAT DO I WEAR TO A SESSION? Whatever you feel comfortable in! However, there are few portrait regulations when it comes to clothing. Avoid graphic tees or clothes with heavy patterns. wardrobe assistance can be available upon request! for groups, wear similar colored clothing. Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO VIEW A GALLERY Galleries are available for (60 days) from when the gallery is loaded or until final print or digital purchases are made. Q: IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE? No, not for collaborations. I may ask for gas money if I m driving and we re going a huge distance. Q: HOW DO YOU EDIT THE IMAGES? For portraits I apply simple skin retouching as well as light correction and tonal adjustment. Nothing too major! I promise you won t look like anyone but yourself. Q: HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND? You don t need to spend any money at all. If you like and are willing, you may buy outfits, or props, or anything you want for our collaboration but it s up to you. Q: HOW WILL THE FEET PHOTOS BE USED? I include foot modeling in all my collaborations and share them on my personal websites and social media. They demonstrate my work, artistic eye, and are part of the overall portfolio. Sometimes I use the photos as examples so other models can see what I m going for. They will not be sold or distributed commercially. 7

This agreement is between the model whose information is listed above and the photographer, Stephan Partipilo. Photographer and model s participation in this agreement are voluntary. Photographer has the models permission to take and use models likeness in photographs /digital images and any/all publications, including but not limited to all Stephan Partipilo printed and digital publications. Photographer reserves the ability to alter or enhance digital image files. Digital image files may be published, or distributed for purposes of publicizing Stephan Partipilo s programs, the models programs, or any other related, lawful, purpose. Photographer will use professional judgement and sole discretion to select which photos to process and finalize. No unedited extra or RAW files will be provided. Model understands that photographer is not responsible for personal overall appearance of model including but not limited to personal styling, makeup, hair, skin, and hygiene. Photographer will try his/her best to make adjustments necessary on the shoot. Model (including representatives on models behalf) hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Stephan Partipilo from all future claims, demands, and causes of action not listed in this agreement.
