Mama s Quiche Warm & Natural Batting 90 w $9.99yd 45mm Rotary Blades $2.99 375 2 T chopped green onion 1 T butter 1/4 c cooked ham, shredded 4 eggs 1 c evaporated milk Salt & Pepper 3/4 c Swiss Cheese, shredded 4 oz can mushrooms, drained 1 prepared pie shell Sauté onion in butter. Add ham and cook, stirring for a few minutes. Remove from heat. Beat eggs together with milk, salt and pepper. Gradually blend in ham, cheese and mushrooms. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and quiche is puffed and brown. Serve on a blue plate like Mama does, with fresh fruit and fried diced potatoes.
