Founded by Dr. Wernher von Braun with the support of the Alabama State in 1970, USSRC serves as the Official NASA Visitor Center for Marshall Space Flight Center and is an Affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution. It is not only the world s largest space flight museum, it is also a place to study and experience the physics of astronaut training.

Results: 1. Targeted 70,000 visitors 2. Actual visitors: 270,000 persons 3. 40% from schools 4. 60% individual visitors 5. Souvenirs from NASA were sold within the first 3 days of the Exhibition
Conclusion: 1. Demand for hi-tech staffs from museum, exhibition to education and job in Thailand are very high. 2.Consumers have a very high expectation and taste. Cheap stuffs are not welcome. It has to be great with a trusted reputation.

CAMP COMPETITION The last 20 persons from the SCAT Exam will have to compete here. Only 2 persons that get the highest votes from the committee and amongst themselves will be eligible for the scholarships to train at the USSRC s Space Camp in AL.
STEM CAMP Technical Activities in Space Camp 1. Fox Hunting Fox hunting or Amateur Radio Direction Finding (ARDF) is an amateur racing sport that combines radio direction finding with the map and compass skills of orienteering. Each team use a topographic map, a magnetic compass and radio direction to navigate while searching for radio transmitters1 which attach with the component that they need to find. This game is 2 rounds racing: the good system will race in the 1st round. The teams will use the antenna to find the component. The first team who found the component will get the best one. Then, the second round will repeat as the first round but only two team are racing for the medium component. The fair component will belong to the third place.
STEM CAMP 2. Science Quiz The science quiz will be designed later and TSR team will provide the questions and suggestion.
STEM CAMP 3. VR Game The VR Game may use the devices from the promoting activities in schools The game application can be controlled by joy stick link to smart phone via Bluetooth. The VR game can use application that we can define later.
STEM CAMP 4. Rover Racing Team need to build the rover from the systems they get from the previous games. They have a chance to test and familiar it. Then, the rover will be landing on the yard. The player will control rover via wireless communication from control room and unable to see the rover on the yard. Each team need to control the rovers to perform missions. The team spend less time is the winner.

Results: 1. Targeted 400 SCAT Applicants 2. Actual SCAT Applicants: +1,000 Applicants, 817 Eligible Applicants 3.US Embassy supported 2 scholarships to train at the U.S. Space Camp for 10 days. 4.KMITL supported 2 scholarships to study the Bachelor Degree of any majors. 5.Sermsuk PCL supported 1 scholarship to train at the U.S. Space Camp for 10 days.
Conclusion: 1. Space is a dream job of many Thai kids. 2. Demand to work in this field is very high, but the supply is too limited. 3.Opportunity in this field is not out there, but needed to be created. 4.Genius kids dream of working in a super hi-tech job outside Thailand. 5.Genius kids are willing to work in Thailand, if opportunity is opened. 6.Thai youths love STEM when the offerings are cool enough.
