PARTS IDENTIFIER (NOT TO SCALE) ASSEMBLY TIPS 1. Find a clean, level surface to begin the assembly of your game table. The table will be partially assembled upside down and then turned over onto its legs. This is a heavy game and turning it over will require at least two strong adults. 2. Remove all of the contents from box and verify that you have all of the parts shown on the Parts Identifier before you begin assembly. Note: Some parts may be preinstalled or pre-assembled. 3. Some figures or drawings may not look exactly like your product. Please read and understand the text before beginning each assembly step. 4. When installing parts that have more than one screw or bolt, hand tighten all screws or bolts in place before finishing tightening with screwdriver or hex wrench. 5. Electric screwdrivers may be helpful during assembly; however, please set a low torque and use extreme caution because screws may be stripped or overtightened if the electric screwdriver's torque is set too high. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Attach BLOWER MOTOR #34 to the underside of the AIR HOCKEY PLAYFIELD #10 as shown below with 3/4" WASHER HEAD SCREW #33. 2. Attach assembled AIR HOCKEY PLAYFIELD to the bottom of TABLE BODY #9 with 1-1/4" WASHER HEAD SCREW #4. Note: Feed power cord and plug through the hole in the side of the TABLE BODY. 5
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3. Begin base assembly by attaching one LEFT LEG #12 and one RIGHT LEG #13 to one END PANEL #14 as shown with 1-1/4" BOLT #1 and 5/16" FLAT WASHER #2. Repeat assembly with remaining END PANEL and LEGS. 4. Attach one LEG END PANEL #15 to each assembled LEG as shown with 1-1/4" BOLT #1 and 5/16" FLAT WASHER #2. Secure END PANELS to LEG END PANELS with 1" SCREW #6. 5. Attach LEG SIDE PANELS #16 to each assembled LEG as shown with 1-1/4" BOLT #1 and 5/16" FLAT WASHER #2. 6. Thread one LEG LEVELER #20 onto the bottom of each LEG. 6
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 7. Attach two TABLE LOCKS #18 to each assembled END PANEL with 1" SCREW #6. 8. Attach one PUCK RETURN BOX #19 to each assembled END PANEL with 1-1/4" SCREW #5. 9. Slide one FLAT WASHER #7 onto each threaded mount on the assembled TABLE BODY. Lift the assembled TABLE BODY and rest it in the center groove on the END PANELS. Secure TABLE BODY with FLAT WASHERS #7 and ACORN NUTS #8. 7
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 10. Attach one TOP RAIL #17 to each side of the table with 1-1/4" SCREW #5. 11. Attach MANUAL SCORERS #21 to AIR HOCKEY PLAYFIELD with 1" SCREW #6. 12. To assemble TABLE TENNIS TOP, place TABLE TENNIS TOP #11A and TABLE TENNIS TOP #11B on top of assembled pool table. Push halves together. 8
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 13. Clip each post of the TABLE TENNIS NET #30 to each side of the assembled TENNIS TABLE TOP at the center line. Attach the net to each post. 9
