It s a simple idea. Whether you come together with your family, your community, your company or your organization, find a way to give back and then share your idea. Follow up with the media via email and via phone.

Post on social media as often as you can. Show the impact of donations, remind donors of some of your biggest medical costs and thank everyone who donates.
