Setting our Intention Welcome to the Stepping into Authentic Mothering Virtual Retreat! Creating an intention for the weekend that will help allow you to feel connected and motivated is a wonderful way to get the most out of this retreat experience! With our intention we want to create a feeling to go along with it. When our hearts, minds and bodies all experience the intention we will have a much greater desire to follow through.
