inista Slim luminium System The inista Slim luminium System is a multifunctional shelving program that will allow you to design an endless array of storage solutions in many different rooms in the house or commercial situations. Manufactured in northern Italy, this range of products will allow you to create a wardrobe frame system, hanging bookshelf, a room divider or even a book display case the possibilities are endless. Installation Instructions Installing a 90 orner Joint to the wall 3 x self-tapping screws Ø5 x 50mm 1 x 90 metal joint 1 x M4 grub screw G 1 x metal intermediate piece 1 x chipboard screw Ø5 x 60mm 1 x metal wall foot G 1 x wall plug Ø8mm X & Y refers to aluminium bar that is sold separately under code 1-611-100 Y X 1. Slide the metal joint into the horizontal bar section X and screw in the self-tapping screw. 2. Push the vertical bar section Y onto the metal joint and fix with second self-tapping screw. 3. ix the metal intermediate piece into the horizontal bar section X with third self-tapping screw. 4. rill the wall with a Ø8mm bit and insert the wall plug G. 5. ix the wall foot to the wall with screw. 6. onnect the metal intermediate piece with the wall foot and fix them together with grub screw. Installation Instructions Installing a lat eiling onnection X X 1 x self-tapping screws Ø5 x 50mm 1 x M4 grub screw 1 x metal intermediate piece 1 x chipboard screw Ø5 x 60mm 1 x metal ceiling foot 1 x wall plug Ø8mm refers to aluminium bar that is sold separately under code 1-611-100 1. ix the metal intermediate piece into the horizontal bar section X with self-tapping screw. 2. rill the ceiling position with a Ø8mm drill bit and insert the wall plug. 3. ix the ceiling foot to the ceiling with screw. 4. onnect the metal intermediate piece with the ceiling foot and fix them together with grub screw. Installing a Sloping eiling racket H G X G H X 1 x wall plug Ø8mm 1 x chipboard screw Ø5 x 60mm 1 x threading screw Ø5 x 60mm 1 x sphere joint 1 x ferrule 1 x ceiling plate 1. ix the zamak cap G to the vertical bar section X with the threading screw interposing between the two components of the ferrule and the sphere. 2. rill the ceiling with an Ø8mm drill bit at the same angle of the slope of the ceiling and insert the wall plug. 3. ix the ceiling plate to the ceiling with the chipboard screw. 1 x zamak cap 4. Now fix the components X-G-- coupling the ferrule with the ceiling plate and fix them together with the 3 x 3 x M4 x 12mm screws M4 screws H. refers to aluminium bar that is sold separately under code 1-611-100 Installing a Hanging Rail racket 1. Insert anti-scratch between the a pair of front and rear rail brackets. 2. asten the rail brackets and with the M4 screw onto the channel on the vertical bar. 2 x front section rail brackets 2 x rear section rail brackets 2 x anti scratch plates 2 x M4 x 25mm screws 3. Make sure that the two rail brackets and are completely closed against each other tightly. 4. Repeat the above three steps on the opposite side making sure both installed brackets are level. 5. inally insert the rail tube (1-491-196) into the mounted rail bracket. Installation Instructions Installing a lat Shelf racket 1. Insert anti-scratch between the a pair of front and rear shelf brackets. 2. asten the shelf brackets and with the M4 screw onto the channel on the vertical bar. 2 x front section shelf brackets 2 x rear section shelf brackets 2 x anti scratch plates 2 x M4 x 25mm screws 4 x chipboard screws Ø3.5mm 3. Make sure that the two shelf brackets and are completely closed against each other tightly. 4. Repeat the above three steps on the opposite side making sure both installed brackets are level 5. inally mount the wooden shelf or drawer box onto the shelf brackets and fix to the bracket using chipboard screws. Installing a Glass Shelf 2 x front section glass clamp 2 x rear section rail brackets 8 x plastic grommets transparent 2 x anti scratch plates 2 x M4 x 25mm screws 2 x flat shelf brackets 1. ollow the instructions on how to install a flat shelf bracket first (see page 14) and then install 2 x plastic grommets into the top holes on the bracket instead of using screws. 2. Insert anti scratch plate into position between the 1 x front clamp and 1 x rear clamp. 3. Insert a plastic grommets into the holes at the base of the clamps and position on the vertical bar. NOT: To install a glass shelf you are required to purchase one each of the following items: 1 x 1-611-101 lat Shelf racket and 1 x 1-611-102 Glass Shelf lamp 4. Place the glass shelf onto the flat shelf bracket and then fasten the glass clamps and together using 1 x M4 screw making sure they are clamped tightly together and pressed tightly against the glass shelf to hold it into position. Installing a Sloping Shelf 1. Insert the brass cylinder in place between the two of the shelf brackets. 2. Insert anti-scratch between the a pair of shelf brackets. 3. aster the brackets together using 2 of the M4 x 25mm screws on either side of the brackets making sure they are clamped tightly together and positioned at the right height. 4. Place the shelf hanger onto the round disc on the brackets and adjust to required incline. 4 x shelf brackets 2 x shelf hangers 2 x brass cylinders 4 x countersunk screws M4 x 10mm 4 x M4 x 25mm screws 5. asten the shelf hanger with 2 x countersunk M4 screws. 6.
