The number holder must be assembled immediately underneath the top: standing facing the, affix the number holder on the left tube supporting the guide, so that it is flush with the rubber stop of the guide. The number holder is divided into two pieces: the larger section (A) goes on the front, while the crescent closure (B) goes on the back of the. Insert the two screws (M5x6 Z) from the front of the, mating them with the two M5 cap nuts at the rear; then lock down using the appropriate spanners. B A 6

The is supplied fully assembled in a carton and protected by cellophane wrapping, and secured to a pallet. The can be lifted and handled using normal lifting machine. In order to ensure the safety of persons and property, carefully determine the lifting and handling machine used as a function of the place of installation. OK 8
To guarantee safe, comfortable and effective use of the, the place of installation must comply with certain specific requirements; in particular, before choosing where to install the it is recommended to check the following: - the temperature is between +10 C and +25 C; - sufficient ventilation to maintain a humidity level between 20% and 90%, when the is in use; - the lighting is good enough to make the area safe and relaxing place to exercise in; - sufficient clearance on all sides of the, taking into account its maximum dimensions during the movements, necessary for safety reasons; - a flat, stable and vibration-free floor surface, with adequate carrying capacity for the s weight. If the is to be installed in a public recreation area, the place of installation must comply with all binding regulations. Warning The must be installed and used in a place whose access and supervision are specifically controlled by the owner. 9
The is supplied on a pallet, to which it is secured by means of straps. To remove the from the packing: - cut the carton along the bottom and pull it away from the top; - remove the cellophane by pulling it away from the top; - untie the straps securing the to the pallet; - lift the from the weight stack side and place it on the ground. cont. 10
Warning You are advised to keep all packaging materials for re-use in case of a move. Danger The packing materials (boxes, bags, etc.) must not be left within the reach of children, as they constitute a possible hazard; nor must they be disposed of in the environment. 11
To move the, it is necessary to use the wheels. Danger Move the with great care to avoid it tipping over. The wheels for moving the snap on underneath the feet of the, after it has been lifted, and are held in place by the special straps. Lift the from the weight stack side, using a pallet truck or fork-lift truck, and for greater safety place a wedge underneath the frame to keep the raised. Warning It is recommended to place some padded material between the frame and the wedge, and between the frame and the lifting machine. Insert the two fixed wheels first on one side and then on the other side of the weight stack: fit the pins (A) of the wheels into the special holes under the feet, then push all the way in. Proceeding in the same way, lift the on seat side and insert the castor wheels. Finally, lift the again, remove the safety wedges and place the wheels on the floor. Warning The fixed wheels must always be placed underneath the weight stack. When moving the, push it only from the weight stack side, and not from the other sides. When lifting the, do not exert pressure against the weight stack guard. Do not use the with the wheels inserted. The wheels serve only for moving the and must be removed before using the. cont. 13
To facilitate passage through narrow doorways, transport and handling, it is possible to disassemble the seat: - operate lever (B) and completely lower the seat (C); - back off one of the three screws (D) and screw it into the hole behind the tube (E) of the seat; - back off the other screws (D) and remove the seat (C). To reassemble the seat, carry out the above steps in reverse order. keep the seat (C) pressed downward while backing off the screw (D) from behind tube. After the has been positioned on the floor, check that it is level. To do this, use the adjuster screw situated underneath the foot (A), clearly indicated by two raised arrows. Lift the and adjust the screw until the is level. Warning Given the weight of the, we recommend that more than one person be involved in lifting it. A 15
Warning The safety of the is assured only on the condition that it is carefully inspected every two weeks for any signs of damage and/or wear. Replace defective and worn immediately, or alternatively remove the from service. The should always be kept clean and free of dust, in compliance with good hygiene practice, especially if it is used in a gym or by more than one person. To clean the padded parts, use a moist cloth or a sponge and mild soap. Every week clean the outer parts of the using a damp sponge. Warning Be careful not to rub with excessive force on the drawings and instructions shown on the labels. To lubricate the weight stack guides: - use a soft cloth to remove any dust and oil residues from the guides; - slightly moisten the cloth with the oil supplied in the optional Basic Box kit; - using this cloth, apply a very thin layer of lubricant over the guides, being careful not to apply too much. For maintenance actions not described in this manual, call in the Technogym Technical Support Service. 16
If any of the padded show signs of wear, it is advisable, especially in the interests of hygiene, to replace them completely. Handgrips are removed after unscrewing the screws (A). In order to replace the padding loosen the screws on the opposite side to the padding. A 17
The cables must always be replaced at the first sign of wear, even if it only affects the outer rubber protection. Warning Every month, carefully inspect the condition of the cables. Danger ALWAYS use cables supplied directly by Technogym. To replace the cable, proceed as follows: - unscrew the screws (A) of both cams (B) and remove the cable; - insert the new cable and retighten the screws (A) of only one cam (follow the original path of the cable as shown in the figure); - insert a thickness of approx. 10 mm (1/2 ) under the first weight of the weight stack; B A cont. 18
- tighten the cable and lock down the screws (A) on the other cam; - remove 10 mm thickness (1/2 ) from the weight stack. A 19
To take up some of the slack in the weight stack cable proceed as follows: - remove the front protective weight stack panel; - use an Allen key (A) and an open spanner (B); - back off the nut (C) securing the screw (D) by half a turn in an anticlockwise direction; B C D - simultaneously turn both housings of the pulley, in a clockwise direction to tighten the cable or in an anticlockwise direction to loosen it; Warning Turn the two housings by the same amount on either side: to do this, continually check that the tabs (E) remain perfectly aligned. - after completing the operation, lock down the nut (C) holding the screw (D); - replace the front protective weight stack panel. The front protective is fixed to the frame by eight screws. To disassemble the panel proceed as follows: - unscrew the four screws (A); - unscrew the four screws (B) while holding the panel with one hand; - remove the panel. If the will not be used for a prolonged period, it is recommended to store it: - in a clean and dry place, covered with a cloth to protect it from dust; - in an environment with a temperature between +10 C and +25 C and a humidity between 20% and 90%. For better storage, use the original packing materials. 25

Adjust the seat height by lifting the lever (A) under the front of the seat so that your elbow aligns with the lever (B) rotation point. To lower the seat you can remain seated; unweight the seat to raise it. Select the workload with the pin (C). Stabilize your back firmly against the backrest. A B C cont. 27
