Store Policies and Rental Terms Rental Period: Our rental period term is 3 business days. All rental items are available for pick-up the day before your event date at no extra charge. If the venue requires that your rental items are at the venue at a certain time before event date (i.e. 3 days before event date) - you must notify us 3 weeks prior to your event date. Final numbers are required 14 days prior to your event date - no deletions are allowed afterwards - only additions can be made. There are no guarantees that items are available. Any rental items that are returned damaged or missing will be charged. Reserving Your Order: We highly recommend to reserve your as soon as possible. If you are not sure about numbers, we recommend to go off the number of invitations sent out, adjustments can be made as your event gets closer. All orders require a 50% non-refundable booking fee off of the grand total at the time of booking to secure items. A security deposit is required for ALL orders. Payment: All orders must be paid in FULL 7 days prior to event date. You can make payments as your event date comes up. We accept Cash, Checks (2 weeks prior to event date), VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Cancellation Policy: Customer is allowed to cancel their event an any time. If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the event date, the 50% non-refundable Booking Fee of the Grand Total will not be issued as a refund. If a Cancellation is made between 15-30 days before the event date, 75% of the grand total order will not be refunded. If a Cancellation is made two weeks or less before the event date, 100% of the total order will not be refunded. Client is responsible to pay any additional fees as a result for cancellation of their event. Delivery & Pick-Up: Some items require Delivery & Pick-Up. Delivery & Pick-ups require vehicle access. We do NOT do the following: Stairs, Hills, and Residential Elevators. If your Delivery & Pick-Up location has the following there is an additional fee - you are required to notify our office if your Delivery/Pick-Up location has: Commercial Elevators, on a second floor or higher, Distance from curb is more than 75 ft., Sand, Stairs, and/or Hills (down or up). All rental items must be ready for pick-up; folded and stacked in the same location where driver dropped-off. ALL rental items are under your responsibility until a representative of Patty s Linen Rentals picks-up clients order. Delivery/Pick-Up during Business Hours are Monday through Saturday between 7am - 6pm.

Any Delivery/Pick-Up requested before and/or after are subject to additional fees - unless approved by a representative of Patty s Linen Rentals. Office Pick-Up & Return: Client is responsible to Load and Unload ALL rental items. Client is allowed to Pick-Up and Return Rental Equipment from/to office with the limit of up to (4) Tables and (40) White Plastic Folding Chairs Client is allowed to Pick-Up and Return from/to office linens, flatware, china, glassware, and other rental equipment with the approval of a representative of Patty s Linen Rentals. Client is responsible to have equipment secure when not in use and protected from any and all weather (i.e. sun, rain, thunder, hail and etc). Set-Up and/or Breakdown: Our Delivery & Pick-Up DOES NOT include set-up and/or breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, and etc. Set-Up/Breakdown Service is available at an additional cost. If you wish for our crew to set-up and breakdown your rental items you must notify our office at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. Layout id required from client for service to be performed. Products (Linens and Equipment): All items are prepared and clean for you. It is your responsibility to make sure that everything is counted and nothing is missing at time of Delivery or Office Pick-Up. Please ensure the following after your event: Linens: Shake out and put into laundry bags provided. Glassware: Empty and return to their designated boxes up right. Plates and Utensils: Scrape, rinse, and return to their crates. There is an extra charge for the following: Linens: Burn marks/holes, wax, permanent markers, tearing, or cutting. Glassware and Plates: Broken or chipped items. Equipment: Broken equipment, missing screws, or equipment related to item. Chairs: Torn padded seats, any markings such as writing. **PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE**
