Ohio St., Fortville, IN 46040 Meeting Minutes, July 8th, 2018 The July club meeting was held at Minnetrista in Muncie, Indiana. Club Vice President Mike James opened the meeting and welcomed the following members: Dave & Kay Rittenhouse, Mike Mosier, Joe Coulson, Mike James, and Jim Durr, Steve Riggs (and his wife), and Harold Neal. Jim Durr gave the treasurer s report for July, and the club continues to maintain a positive bank balance without much activity in the last month. Joe Coulson motioned that the club place an advertisement in the FOHBC National Show souvenir program. After a short discussion, the motion was seconded and approved. Joe also discussed whether the club should make a donation to the National Bottle Museum. The club was actively involved in the founding of this museum in the past, but that was a long time ago. Joe was asked to do some further investigation to see if the museum continues to represent fruit jars in its displays and collection. Dave Rittenhouse mentioned that he will work on creating our 2019 Muncie Show Flyer. Martin Van Zant plays a significant role in helping our club by creating the flyer. Dave also mentioned that we will need to update the Contracts for sales tables due to changes in pricing being imposed by the Horizon Convention center.
