Checkpoint 1 Ramsar Site We are now going to enter Mai Po Nature Reserve. Try to Observe look around the entrance. Is there any cues showing Mai Po is suitable for wildlife like LOLO is live in? Examples: From the nature: sounds from wind, moving leaves, birds, etc. Not from the nature: sounds from human, bicycles, machines, helicopter,etc. 2. Think about:is the existence of the unnatural sounds good or bad to the environment? 3. Checkpoint 4 Plant Adaptation Touch In the reserve there are many wetland plants and terrestrial plants. What are the differences between them? How wetland plants adapt to their living environment? Your findings: 1. According to the cues from the picture, find these four types of falling leaves, and you may write down their important information in the space area.
