Rising Action and Climax Luis thinks he hears something in the forest. He Collect the wood and returns back to camp. He hears a voice. He does not listen to the advice given by the voice. Luis enters a portal into another world. Character Development: He wasn t the type of kid to imagine voices Curious He wants to know about the kid Figurative language Sound imagery rustling It was as if the forest was holding its breath Personification Luis is as cool as a cucumber in crisis Building of Suspense: 1. Luis Why are you telling me not to go this way? It is the way back to my camp. Traveler: Maybe, but you still don t want to go that way. What will happen when he doesn t listen to the advice? 2. It was as if the forest was holding its breath. 3. There is a waterfall, but Luis knows there isn t one in the forest. 4. Fox like creature with small sharp teeth. The creature smiled again, but it wasn t a pleasant smile

Falling Action & Resolution Luis is shoved out of the portal. He dumps his wood and runs back to his friends. He decides to keep his adventure to himself. Joel goes back into the woods with Luis. Vivid language: He burst out of the woods bright eyed and panting. Teaser: So you met a Traveler, huh?

Science fiction is a genre of fiction dealing with imaginative content such as futuristic settings, futuristic science and technology, space travel, time travel, faster than light travel, parallel universes and extraterrestrial life.

The Third Floor Bedroom It all began when someone left the window open.

Aliens make the wallpaper come alive. Time travel through the window. Aliens control the bedroom. The creatures invade and pretend to be humans. The open window is like a black hole. The open window is a beacon to other worlds. Aliens live in the house with humans. Time traveling mice. The window leads to a portal to another dimension. Creatures teleport into the room. Aliens created that room.

Aliens want to reconnect because they think he`s the long lost relative. Aliens are studying the boy with lights that look like eyes. Creatures are trying to invade the boys mind. The two lights are creatures. The bat is going to be used to kill the boy because he has powers. The boy is the test subject and going to be reincarnated. Aliens want to spy on humans.

The House on Maple Street It was a perfect liftoff.

Aliens take the house and people. End of the world house is moving. Aliens are going to move the house and dig under it. Smart house. Testing of a future mobile home.
