NOTES: Drawing referenced to Florida State Plane North, North American Datum of 98 (NAD 8). Elevations shown hereon are based on North American Vertical Datum of 988 (NAVD 88). Per the survey, Derived from FDEP Benchmark R-4, 99, Elevation 7.57 Feet. Topographic survey performed by performed by S. M. Marley & Assoc., Inc., dated May 6, 26. Construction should not violate State of Florida water quality standards as Excavation does not connect to waters of the State. Aerial photography obtained from LABINS.org and flown in 2. The location of all objects in the photograph are approximate and may not represent currently existing conditions. CUT and FILL SCHEDULE: Total CUT Volume:,4 Cu. YDS Total FILL Volume:,4 Cu. YDS Total NET Volume: Cu. YDS *Note Volumes based upon sites conditions in the survey. Actual volumes may vary at construction time depending on significant rain events or tropical weather events. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: All work is proposed to occur outside of marine turtle and shorebird nesting seasons. This would coincide with the timeframe between November, 26 and January, 27. Construction activities are estimated to occur over a two week period. OPERATIONS and MAINTENANCE PLAN: Condition : Represents nominal conditions. The outfall channel is maintained within the proposed realignment. Existing structures are not at threat or potentially impacted by outfall migration at this time. Normal monitoring shall be undertaken on a monthly basis via visual means by the OWNER. Condition 2: Represents conditions that need to be watched on a regular basis. Channel migration has reached within 75 feet of the southern side of the Compton's structure. Emergency conditions may not exist at this time. Preliminary coordination with DEP is recommended to alert staff of changes in site conditions. Discussions should include possible timing and implementation of any channel re-alignment plans if necessary and any alterations to the location of the previously implemented outfall channel re-alignment if so deemed. Frequent monitoring of site conditions is recommended (weekly at a minimum). Condition : Represents conditions that will likely result in destabilization of existing structures if conditions are allowed to continue unabated. The outfall channel has reached within 25 feet of an existing structure and the potential exists to undermine or scour existing structures. DEP staff shall be alerted to these conditions and permitting should proceed to allow commencement of a maintenance event outfall channel re-alignment. The OWNER should begin discussions with potential contractors to perform the work as necessary pending results of discussions with DEP staff and the time of the year the work is to be completed. All work is to be proposed between the time frame of November and January to prevent disturbances to nesting species, specifically marine turtles and shorebirds. Daily to weekly monitoring of site conditions is recommended to track changes of the outfall channel. /26/26 54 Harbor Boulevard, Suite 24 85.654.555 (voice) 85.654.55 (fax) GENERAL NOTES P.O.
