She has defended employers against lawsuits involving: Discrimination on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, and religion Harassment Whistleblowing under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Federal Rail Safety Act Contractual allegations Torts Non-compete agreements Wage and hour issues Holly has experience litigating against and negotiating with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has tried several cases before the Office of Administrative Law Judges at the Department of Labor. She has litigated before state and federal courts in multiple states.
