The success of the highly acclaimed Weatherfold Coastal Elite folding systems prompted our total package approach, with the introduction of locking solutions for exterior folding and sliding timber doors. 6200 Rollerball Lock Series Locking Solutions for Folding & Swinging Doors Brio 6200 Roller Ball Deadbolt Mortice Lock is designed for external folding timber access panels and entrance doors in residential applications. The roller ball is operated by push or pull from either side. The deadbolt is operated by key from either side using a double euro cylinder, or by key from the outside and thumb turn from the inside using a single cylinder with turn. The robust construction offers a high level of durability and security, and the black powdercoated steel case gives exceptional corrosion resistance. Hardened steel pin inserts are included in the brass 16mm single throw heavy duty deadbolt to protect against sawing. The brass roller latch tension is fully adjustable to suit the desired operating force, with a separate face-plate concealing the fixings. The lock case has been pierced to accept a 38mm centre bolt through fixing escutcheons. Universal non-handed Strike Plates are designed to eliminate the guesswork of choosing the correct hand, and ensure correct installation is achieved every time. A black nylon dust box is also supplied to neatly conceal the rebated timber behind the strike. The deadbolt is operated by key from either side using a double euro cylinder, or by key from the outside and thumb turn from the inside using a single cylinder with turn. The 6400 Sliding Mortice Dead Lock features a brass expanded claw deadbolt with a 14mm throw. The lock case s robust construction offers high durability and security, while the black powder-coated steel case gives exceptional corrosion resistance. A separate face-plate conceals the fixings.
