TABLE OF CONTENTS OUR TEAM 1 OUR TEAM LEADERSHIP 2-3 CAPABILITIES 4-5 OUR WORK 6-7 COMMERCIAL PROJECTS 8-11 GOVERNMENT PROJECTS 12-15 EDUCATION PROJECTS 16-19 HEALTHCARE PROJECTS 20-23 THANK YOU 25 From our start in 2009, Pershing Technologies vision was to be on the forefront of audiovisual collaboration technology. We set ourselves apart from the competition by creating network-centric designs and providing the corresponding expertise in the hands-on configuration and programming needed to ensure we executed our leading-edge design intent. From the initial project concept through implementation and ongoing post-project support, we developed Pershing to become a full-service organization, including audiovisual systems design, on-site implementation and commissioning, security consulting, as well as project management. As our team has grown, we remain committed to hiring experienced and dedicated team members capable of contributing high-level skills in engineering and project management. This means our staff not only has to have an extensive knowledge of the technology and a deep understanding of industry trends, but they also must have a passion for its successful integration. Our employees have a belief in the power of relationships and collaboration, and the mission-focused commitment to work until the job is not only done but done right. We are a company of highly skilled, technically-savvy professionals who believe in the importance of the big picture by providing a caring and compassionate understanding of our customers and their overall goals, timelines, budget, priorities and vision. 1

LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP MATTHEW JACKSON PRESIDENT EMILY HAY VICE PRESIDENT ERIC ECHOLS DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY Pershing s leadership strategy has always centered on the idea that the best leaders emerge from those who embody a service-first mentality. Our executives put the needs and values of our customers and employees before our own. We work side-by-side with our teammates to accomplish our goals while encouraging ingenuity and a healthy work-life balance within our corporate atmosphere. Our President, Matthew Jackson, started Pershing Technologies in 2009 armed with the tools and experience to lead the organization to success. With a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, his vision was to build Pershing into a services leader that excels in the innovative design of technology systems, backed with practical experience from hands-on implementation. Matt has been a part of the industry since 2002 and holds the InfoComm CTS-D certification as well as Cisco CCNA and CCDA. He has led multiple implementation teams for government and commercial customers and specializes in advanced visual communications technologies. He is an expert in service-oriented architecture (SOA), multimedia distribution, network systems engineering and integration, engineering process standardization, and enterprise audiovisual systems design. Under his leadership, Pershing has rapidly achieved its vision, becoming a recognized AV/IT industry expert. Emily Hay, our Vice President, joined the Pershing team in 2010 and has been a recognized leader in the audiovisual industry since 2004. She has an extensive education in acoustics and music. This passion led her to pursue dual Bachelors of Music Degrees in Recording Arts and Performance from The Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University. In 2001, she earned her Masters of Arts in Acoustics from JHU and then went on to Michigan State where she received her Masters of Arts in Music. She also holds the Infocomm CTS-D Certification. Emily is responsible for managing all of our integrated audiovisual and network technology projects, implementing standardized design and documentation protocols, and leading our talented team through the support of our most high profile clients. Eric joined Pershing in 2010 and quickly became a sought-after designer and consultant to renowned commercial, healthcare, education, and financial organizations. Eric holds the InfoComm CTS-D certification and is an active member of both the Audio Engineering Society (AES) and Acoustical Society of America (ASA). Eric earned his Bachelors of Music in Violin Performance at Baylor University and continued his studies at the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University and graduated with a Masters Degree in Audio Sciences. Keenly interested in technology, Eric married his love of music and the arts with an affinity for bleeding edge technology and embarked on his career in audiovisual design and consulting. Eric continues to be involved in academia as well. In 2013, he began teaching graduate courses in acoustics and audiovisual design at the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University, where he collaborates with other educators and industry professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise. This experience enriches and enhances Eric s perspective and approach to his consulting efforts at Pershing. 2 AV SYSTEMS DESIGN COMMISSIONING SUPPORT 3

CAPABILITIES CAPABILITIES CONSULTING & DESIGN TECHNOLOGY MASTER PLANNING PROGRAMMING/ COMMISSIONING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT One of the most important aspects of our process is listening to our customers needs. We can specify the most innovative technology available, but if we don t have a deep understanding of the organization s vision and operational needs, users will not realize the full value of the solution. Requirements gathering is at the forefront of all of our consulting and design recommendations. Each end user has their own set of concerns and limitations, ranging from existing infrastructure to budgetary restrictions. Pershing recognizes that there is always more than just the technology that we need to take into consideration. In many cases, our customers are building new spaces and don t yet know what the design will or should be. Through our Technology Master Planning, we are able to give them a high level view of what they need from a planning perspective. At this level, we can help determine the technology that will meet their current needs as well as a provide a long-term assessment for future implementations. Although specifying the right hardware design is certainly important to a successful outcome, Pershing has always recognized that the same design can be programmed in many different ways and will have a significant impact on the final customer approval. Pershing is unique in that our engineering staff has the expertise and willingness to configure and program our solutions so they meet the original design intent. That knowledge easily extends into our commissioning process where we thoroughly test and document system functionality before asking our customers to accept and take ownership. At Pershing, we believe that client advocacy should always be our first mission, and we strive to keep our clients interests and needs at the forefront of every recommendation and decision we make. Our professional program management team provides senior leadership and program oversight throughout all aspects of the project. No matter the size, scope, length, or complexity, our goal is to provide detailed communication throughout the duration of the contract and deliver consistent and straightforward results. By collaborating with our expert engineers, systems integrators and other staff, we are able to effectively stay focused on our mission. 4 AV SYSTEMS DESIGN COMMISSIONING SUPPORT 5
