GOAL Get as many marbles into the white slots of the game board before the timer runs out. Whoever has the least amount of marbles in the white slots, loses!

SETUP First, shuffle the location cards and have them face down on the table. Let the youngest player distribute one card for each player. The card will determine the location that their game will take place. Do not reveal the card until indicated by this instruction manual. Shuffle the character cards and have them face down on the table. Distribute the cards. Each character card describes a person with their following personality attributes. Shuffle the Game Board Plates with the colored side facing up. Let the second to youngest player pick the white plates and insert them into the board (colored side up) without looking at the descriptions. Then let the second to oldest player pick the black plates and insert them into the board (colored side up) without looking at the descriptions. Players take turns on a rotating basis (clockwise) Each player has 5 marbles per hand, 3 Counter Cards, 3 Obstacle Cards. Only one set of colored marbles per player. The oldest player takes the first move.
GAMEPLAY During a turn, the player may play an Obstacle Card. If the player chooses to play an Obstacle Card, they may put the Obstacle that is indicated by the card onto the board. During this period, the player to their right may play an Ability Attack Card. If this occurs, the initial player may play an Ability Counter Attack Card. If the player is not able to play a Counter Attack Card, then the player must take 1 hit point (HP). Once the following is completed, the player must drop one marble into the board. At the end of the board, there are 10 different colored slots (white or black). The turn ends. Each player has a total of 5 hit points (HP). If a player looses all their HP, then the player is automatically disqualified. Potential for a revive card in the Ability Deck?
ENDGAME Once the timer runs out, you must remove the colored plates on the board, turn them over, and re-insert them into their initial positions on game board. Each plate will have specific descriptions written on them, indicating treatments (white) or symptoms (black) of Anxiety Disorders.
SOME EXAMPLES OF POTENTIAL SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENTS INCLUDE Sudden overwhelming fear Palpitations Sweating Trembling Shortness of breath Sense of choking Chest pain Nausea Dizziness A feeling of being detached from the world (de-realization) Fear of dying Numbness or tingling in the limbs or entire body Chills or hot flushes Reaching out to people with whom you feel comfortable. Working to maintain connections and build relationships. Joining a support group Engaging in healthy, pleasurable activities when you feel anxious Getting adequate sleep, including physical activity in your daily routine and eating a healthy diet. Avoiding excessive alcohol or other substances that may be used to counteract intense anxiety. Anti-depressant medications
ENDGAME (CONT.) Each player must document the number of marbles that they got for the specific slots. This number indicates the degree or severity of the attribute indicated on each plate. Whoever has the greatest number of marbles in the white slots, wins! Multiple players could win if there is a tie. After, each player must flip over their location card. This determines the location of where their symptoms or treatments occur. Each player must pick up a Mad Libs Card. Pick the Eligible Mad Libs Card if you have survived until the endgame, or pick the Disqualified Mad Libs Card if you did not survive until the endgame. Fill out the card with the appropriate outcomes of your specific figures and descriptions from gameplay. Once completed, have each player read them aloud to the group.
