When taking the photo, please make sure the card fills the camera s viewfinder, which promises the text is as big as possible. For portrait card, please rotate it to landscape to fill the camera s viewfinder. Don t be worry about the text orientation on card, CamCard will handle it automatically. After the card photo is taken or selected, the recognition process starts. It will connect to the IntSig s web service to recognize the card. The recognition process usually takes about 2-10 seconds depends on the network connection speed. After the scanning process finished, all information on card should be recognized and an editing page will show up to help you verify and modify the recognition results. You can modify the recognized text according to the corresponding image showed on top. Each line s category can be changed by choosing an item on the left. You can also add more lines such as Note, IM, etc. by clicking the <Add> button at the bottom. After the result is verified, you can click Add to Contact or Merge with Contact to export the contact information to phone s Contacts. The card then will be saved in Card Holder automatically. 3. Best experience 1. Sometimes in conference or exhibition you may get piles of business cards. CamCard provides batch processing option to help you with such cases. Compared to manually input the cards info, CamCard extremely shorten this process from hours to minutes. Much time is saved and your life becomes easier. All you need is to continuously take photo of these cards. Then click Done, all cards will be automatically scanned

and recognized at one time. Put you phone aside and wait for several minutes. When it s LED is shining, all the cards are recognized. The thing left to do is just check each card s result and add it to Contacts. Turn on the Batch Processing and choose the Tip When Finished mode in settings to enable the batch mode. 2. You may not always have a good internet connection. When CamCard can t connect to the web service or the recognition process becomes very slow, you d better stop the recognition process. The cards are automatically saved in Card Holder. Whenever you get a free and fast Wi-Fi connection, you can choose recognize menu in Card Holder. Then the batch recognition process will begin to deal with these cards. 4. Tips for productivity - Make sure the card fills the camera s viewfinder to make the text is as big as possible. - For portrait card, rotate it to landscape to fill the camera s viewfinder. - Good lighting environment can make the recognition results much better. - Use batch mode for tens of cards. 5.
