THE HISTORY OF STREAM 2005 FOUNDED Signing its first Texas customer earlier that year, Stream revenues jump to $70 million, earning a place in DFW s top 150 companies. 2006 Revenues climb to $400 million as Stream continues to expand its footprint across Texas. 2008 Stream receives recognition, both regionally and nationally, as it expands into Georgia, offering natural gas service in the AGL service area. Revenues hit $825 million. 2011 Northeast expansion continues with additional Pennsylvania markets added, as well as New Jersey and Maryland 2013 Stream opens for business in New York City. Hits $6 billion in total revenue. 2015 Stream goes nationwide with the launch of Wireless Services. 2017 Stream launches a new app, simplifying the way customers and Associates share, shop and manage Stream Services. The Stream Cares Foundation is established. Stream moves to its new home at the Tollway Center in Addison, TX. Energy Services expand to new territories. 2010 Stream introduces service in the Northeast, offering electricity to PECO customers in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. 2012 Northeast expansion extends into the nation s capitol and New York state. T H E S T R E A M C A R E S F O U N D AT I O N As Stream s philanthropic arm, the Stream Cares Foundation s primary mission is to help those affected by homelessness. According to a HUD report from November 2016, on a single night in 2016, 549,928 people experienced homelessness in the United States. In DFW in 2017, there were 3,789 homeless people documented. Homelessness is a nationwide issue that Stream Cares is dedicated to ending, in all its forms. FOUNDATION, INC. Stream Cares has partnered with many organizations on local and national levels to further their mission. Stream Cares recently partnered with Captain Hope s Kids to develop Splash for Hope events at Hawaiian Falls Water Park, creating fun and exciting summer outings for homeless children in the DFW area to enjoy being kids. In May 2017, Stream Cares donated $15,000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund for the tornadoes that hit East Texas, which left many homeless. WOMEN OF POWER Stream s Women of Power organization empowers women to connect, build confidence and strengthen their personal and professional leadership skills. Stream recognizes the power that comes from being united and the success that comes from the unique talents and strengths that women bring. Women of Power is a community and an outlet for Stream s women Associates to discover their potential, develop their skills and empower themselves to foster successful businesses. Each year, Stream s Women of Power hosts a Women of Power retreat where members can learn, grow and expand their talents alongside one another. PAGE 5
EXECUTIVE BIOS MARK BOUNCER SCHIRO CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER A tenacious entrepreneur and innovator at heart, Bouncer is responsible for guiding Stream s growth strategies and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the success of the company and its community of Independent Associates. As one of the company s earliest outside investors, he eventually served on Stream s Board of Managers for a total of eight years, including two years as Chairman, and previously served as Stream s president and CEO from 2012 to 2016. DAN O MALLEY PRESIDENT & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Dan brings over 25 years of experience and achievement in consumer products and services to his role at Stream, overseeing all operations, including marketing efforts, product expansion and the company s continued growth in the markets we serve and beyond. Before coming to Stream, he was a significant contributor in building MoneyGram International, a Dallas-based financial services company, into a multi-billion dollar world-wide company and well know brand, in addition to serving as COO of two consumer financial services and mobile technology companies and other key executive leadership roles. DAVID FARANETTA CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER A veteran of the energy industry, David oversees all aspects of Stream s financial planning, reporting, accounting and tax and treasury functions. His direction and expertise drive Stream s economic growth into a sustainable, profitable future for our corporate team and Associates in the field. EXECUTIVE BIOS CONTINUED KELLY HABBAS CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER Kelly s 20 plus years of leadership experience within the NYISO, NEPOOL, Canadian and Texas energy markets make him uniquely qualified to oversee all aspects of Stream s IT strategy, enterprise architecture, application delivery and operations. With direct oversight of the company s business analysis, software development, quality assurance, change management and project management teams, Kelly plays a critical role in elevating Stream to a new level of growth. JAKE HADIX CHIEF WHOLESALE OFFICER For more than 20 years, Jake has taken on numerous roles throughout the energy industry, dealing with petroleum engineering, management consulting, risk management and power and natural gas trading. Now, he manages the entire wholesale energy portion of Stream, diligently monitoring wholesale gas and electricity costs to ensure our customers are protected from adverse price hikes and that our commodity exposure is managed effectively. DANIEL TERRELL EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE SECRETARY & CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER Daniel is the executive vice president, chief legal officer for Stream and serves as the company s corporate secretary, helping to ensure a sustainable future for the organization. Prior to joining the company in May 2016, Daniel served as chief legal officer for PLH Group, Inc. (PLH), a leading energy infrastructure provider and portfolio company of Energy Capital Partners. Before joining PLH, he served as vice president and general counsel of the fabrication and manufacturing division of The Shaw Group Inc. (NYSE: SHAW, now CBI). PAGE 7
EXECUTIVE BIOS CONTINUED STEVE FISHER CHIEF SALES OFFICER As a founding leader of Stream s direct selling arm and one of its most successful Independent Associates, Steve Fisher brings many years of invaluable direct selling experience and critical knowledge to the executive team. Prior to starting his own Stream business, he held a management role at American Airlines. Steve s expertise and perspective are invaluable assets to the company as he oversees activities and operations relating to Stream Associates, including training and compensation. PAGE 8
FOUNDERS CIRCLE ROB SNYDER CO-FOUNDER Together with Pierre Koshakji and others, Rob Snyder founded Stream during August 2004, serving in the company s executive management team for roughly a decade. He is a lifelong transactional professional with extensive experience in private equity and investments, and, as the controlling stockholder and de facto general partner of Stream, Rob cannot remember many days when he was not somehow thinking about Stream, its Associates and its business. STEVE GLASGOW Prior to Stream s founding, Steve Glasgow became involved as an advisor to the company s founding team in 2004 and has since continued in that role. He brings terrific business sensibility and a longstanding historical perspective to the Stream board s deliberations. Steve lives in Austin where he co-heads RAM Investments, a real estate development firm, and further serves on the Board of National Western Life (Nasdaq: NWLI.O). PAGE 10
BOARD OF MANAGERS CONTINUED LARRY MONDRY Larry brings over 20 years of sales and leadership experience to Stream s Board of Managers after having spent three years as the company s CEO. Today, he uses his expert knowledge of merchandising, business strategy and retail growth to advise and support the board and Stream s corporate leadership. RICHARD SQUIRES Richard Squires is the founder of Lennox Capital Partners, LP, a special situations and value-oriented investment partnership and family office active in public and private debt, equity and bankruptcy securities. He is also the managing director and co-founder of SPI Holdings, LCC. Richard has sat on the board of multiple public and private companies across many industries, including energy, real estate, finance and retail. TOM MONTGOMERY Tom Montgomery s expertise encompasses a number of disciplines, including advanced tax planning, transactional services and strategic planning for large and medium sized businesses. Prior to co-founding Montgomery Coscia Greilich, LLP, a full-service accounting firm, Tom was responsible for starting and growing Beal Capital Markets, Inc., specializing in public and private corporate finance products.
