This powe supply uses full-bidge convete at switching high fequency moe than 0 khz and contols its opeation using pulse width modulation (PWM) techniques. Powe MOSFET#IRFP450 is contolled by IC#TL494. The highly non-unifom electic field ozone tube of two level insulato cylindical. The testing of multi-ozone geneation system using 3 levels of contolling ae kv, 3 kv and 5 kv and at one-hou, ozone tube yields the ozone geneating capacity of 38 mgo 3 /h, 735 mgo 3 /h and 97 mgo 3 /h which ozone gas quantity ae 38 mgo 3 /h at 30 minute, 735 mgo 3 /h at 9 minute and 97 mgo 3 /h at minute enable cleaning in ed-whiskeed bulbul cage. Intoduction Nowadays, ozone gas is widely bought to use fo living such as using ozone to clean the vegetables instead of manganese to kill diseases and educe a quantity of chloine in wate. Binging ozone to clean the ai puely has some dawbacks. Fo examples, if it is used too much concentated, it can iitate to the body. It is useful to the health if quantity is popely used and is applied fo wok suitably. This pape pesents a study of the effect of adjustment using duty cycle contolling in Powe MOSFETs to the ozone quantity. The high fequency is constucted by using a pinciple of switching powe supply. A high fequency is supplied to the load, which ae two-laye electode in seies, fo poducing ozone gas. The geneating ozone gas is based on the pinciple of speading molecules of Coesponding autho: Siseeot Ketkaew, Ph.D., Associate Pofesso, eseach aeas/inteests: electical engineeing application fo envionmental, ozone application, electostatic ai cleane. The est is inet gas and steam. Ozone gas is the gas, consisted of 3 atom oxygen, unde unstable status, easy dispesion that is depended on the envionment and density of the poductive quantity. The pocedue of poduction consists of the geneating fee oxygen atom pocess fom oxygen molecule in the ai. Afte that fee oxygen atom is togethe with oxygen molecule to obtain ozone gas (O 3 ) which is bought to use in industial cued system. The occuing ozone gas pocess foms fom pocesses ionization pocess and dissociation pocess. The ionization, speading of gas, is the incement of electon avalanche leading to beaking down in insulato, which electic cuent is consideed though the bode line of insulato. The following occuence is the heat because the cuent flows in insulato, which is fom the occued beaking down. This causes the low elated enegy of ozone gas

The ac input voltage is 4 Volt, 50 Hz supplied to ectifie cicuit in ode to poduce the dc voltage of 34 Volt. Fom the dc voltage to ac voltage, the invete contolled by Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is used to obtain the high fequency of 0 khz. The of invete fom the pimay side steps up to highh voltage of the seconday side at kv 5 kv in ode to poduce the High Fequency High Voltage (HF-HV) into the ozone tube. The enegy inteval pe volume is between 5.58 kwh/m 3 and 7.73 kwh/ /m 3 because thee is % of oxygen so the enegy is.7 kwh/m 3 -.60 kwh/m 3. 3. Conclusions The expeiment of coona ozonize can be divided into steps of expeiments. The fist expeiment esults ae fom cicuit pats geneating switching fequency that can be moe than 0 khz and the duty cycle of PWM contol at 0.35 to dive Powe MOSFETs in the full-bidge invete and tansfe enegy to tansfome and the last expeiment ae quantity of geneate ozone at contolling ae, 3 and 5 kilo-volt (kv). The esults ae the elationship between and the quantity of geneated ozone gas.
